Manazuru was a great place to stay, and Chiharu's place was perfect. Comfy beds, hot shower with nice pressure. Chiharu was quick to answer any questions I had about the local area, and was kind enough to reach out when I had left something behind. Highly recommend, would stay here again

Everything was Fine! The additional blankets in the cabin were very welcomed as we were 7 persons. Still, there was enough space to sleep! There were many things additionally available like tea bags, coffee and water. That was a welcomed and helpful surprise too. It’s up the hill but close to the train station. Might get difficult for older people to reach fast, but possible. Would go there again :)

The place is great! From amenities to privacy. We have a total privacy and it feels like home. Host is also responsive and accommodating from our enquiries. Near to MRT station too! Will stay here again the next i come back to Japan. :)

loved our stay at my fuji. the host was responsive and helpful, gave us local recommendations. we had a view of the mountain just 5 steps outside our front door. it was not uncomfortable at all that the shower was not in the room, just as they had mentioned. she was really nice to even give us a discount code for the taxi ride back because of the rain. I would highly recommend to other visitors

We had a great stay!

The place was smaller than expected but the house was really clean. It’s also really close to the station so that made it convenient. We had a rental car and the house came with a parking spot so that was really convenient for us. Overall a nice stay. You also get a great view of Mount Fuji from inside and outside the house.

Great facilities, views and overall the comfort of the place was great

Such a great house with an amazing view of Mount Fuji. We loved all the amenities including the sauna, jacuzzi, soft drink machine, ice machine, and indoor range hood for cooking meats and hotpot. Bathroom was spacious and the 3 bedrooms were all very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was very clean and close to the train station. the host was very kind and helpful

This is our 2nd time staying at this place. Great location and facilities. Kids absolutely loved playing there. You need a car to get there but place is very easy to find and only 500 or so meters from main street. Also easy access to all the main attractions in Yamanakako area.

The house itself was fantastic - exactly as described in pictures. Lovely feel to it and extremely warm setting. Thank you so much for preparing it that way! Everything is clean and all appliances are easy to use / with instructions on them as well if ever. Kei - extremely responsive from initial convos right till I checked in and even after with recommendations for supermarkets and what not. Her instructions to finding the house were very clear which made the entire process seamless. She was gracious enough to even allow an early check in as we were driving in from Tokyo and had a couple of hours to kill - which was perfect as it was just nice to see mt Fuji clearly before the weather turned on us. Thank you so much for that! Overall fantastic experience and I can’t recommend this enough.
