Cosy bed and breakfast in lovely leafy SW London

A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

3 Double Rooms by River in Fulham shared house

My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families and friends. I have 3 double rooms that share a bathroom so can take up to 6. I also have a 4th bedroom with private shower room, (15% surcharge) so do ask if you require more space or less - I then send you the cost manually. If you are a single person, I will send you a cheaper offer as the set price is for 2 people sharing a room. I do have a portable bed if 2 people don't want to share a bed., so let me know.

This calm and stylish space is situated on the 1st floor at the back of the property away from the host's quarters. Private bathroom & use of full kitchen by arrangement. 10% discount for non use of kitchen. 2nd guest option for £10 per night. The townhouse is next to Bishops Park in south west Fulham with its beautiful grounds, palace, cafe, and river walks. It's on a quiet side street with numerous nearby shops and cafes and good transport links for the underground and numerous bus options.

An elegant, quintessentially English room in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Wandsworth, SW London. Built c1885, the house retains many period features. The room has an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm in this period house. Guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. Bed size: Super King (small) 5'6" x 6'6" (167 x 200cm) A Continental style breakfast is available (not Sundays)

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.
