This spacious two bedroom basement suite is complete with two full bathrooms is the perfect place for your mountain getaway! Modern, newly built house is right in Boone, but nestled on a beautiful ridge to provide the privacy and desired mountain escape. The home is less than 5-10 minutes to downtown Boone and 321 amenities and ASU, 15 to Blowing Rock, 10 to Foscoe and about 25 to Banner Elk and all the many outdoor activities, dining and shopping offered. **4wd or awd required in the winter!!!

Kick back and relax in this Luxurious mountain contemporary home located in the poplar subdivision of Cross Creek Farms, Blowing Rock NC. This home sits on a 2 acre lot with plenty of privacy and has an abundance of windows allowing the sunlight shine through and for you to enjoy the beauty of the forest that surrounds you. This home features an open concept with vaulted living area, large kitchen, expansive bedroom with spa like bathroom. A short drive miles to either Boone or Blowing Rock.

Kirsten’s Cabin

This lovely new, super cozy 400 sq ft cabin with one bedroom plus loft (queen beds) sleeps 4 people comfortably. Lovingly adorned with my mosaic artwork, “Kirsten’s Cabin” is located less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Boone and is centrally located to many High Country attractions. The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided. There's parking options for different types of vehicles available.

Comfortable private studio apartment, top floor of home, with upstairs outside entrance. Located in the most central neighborhood in Boone. Walking distance to ASU campus, the Saturday farmers market, downtown (bars, restaurants, shops), Earth Fare grocery and bus stops. Drive 15 - 20 minutes to swimming holes, great hiking trails, and ski slopes. In winter, our street is one of the first to be plowed. Non toxic, not perfumed cleaning supplies used. Centrally located to Blowing Rock, Banner Elk,Grandfather Mtn,Sugar Mtn, Beech Mtn & App Ski Mtn. Relax by the fire pit, or picnic table, enjoy nature and views. The Tiny Home is a unique spot that doesn't feel as close to town as it is. Peace and quiet and an escape are what we hope to provide.
