K’s House with a shared kitchen

Nice big room with a separate shared living dining and kitchen with the owner. The room is located on the ground floor. Owner doesn’t use the living/dining/kitchen space much so you and your friends will very much have the whole space most of the time. You will have to walk through the court yard to reach your room at the back. The room is super quiet. It’s behind an elementary school and walk to pxmart and convenient store within minutes.
