Enjoy the views sitting on the huge deck, or by either of the 2 fire pits. 3 kayaks & 2 canoes here for miles of exploring, including gorgeous Pleasant Pond. Wildlife galore, including bald eagles & loons!

Overlooking Kennebec River, Riverside is a perfect setting. Open 365 days per year; 2BR, 1 BA, kitchen, DR/common area. Situates 4 comfortably, 6 with the use of couches, 8 with added use of floor mattresses. Renovated, open concept, our home is wheelchair accessible. We accept Service dogs and will consider family dogs and other pets on a case-by-case; please ask. Owners reside on property in separate building. Outdoor trail cameras and AOSU cams in use to monitor exterior of residence only.

Walking access to Restraunts, Shopping, A Brewery, Gardiner Waterfront Park/Kennebec River Boat Launch, and steps from the Kennebec River Rail Trail, which connects Gardiner to the Capital. Our building is tastefully remodled while still reflecting its character and charm, origianlly built in 1854!

Unwind and take in the sunset daily from this fantastic waterfront home featuring a panoramic view of the tranquil Horseshoe Pond. Fish from the dock, or take out a paddleboard or kayak (4 paddleboards and 3 kayaks included) and explore down Cobbosseecontee Stream (really a river, and it's 4 miles to Pleasant Pond in Richmond). Located just 6 minutes to I95/I295, 20 minutes to Augusta, 30 minutes to Lewiston/Auburn, and 50 minutes to downtown Portland. Relax here!
