Super recomendable!!! Leandro ha sido muy amable y pendiente de nuestras necesidades . La casa preciosa, limpia y muy bien situada para el intinerario q teníamos. Volveremos!!!

We had a wonderful time at Marina's beautiful house! The children all absolutely loved the pool, and we have everything we needed in the house for living comfortably. The views are spectacular! And with Lucca only a short drive away we were spoiled for choice with things to do. Marina and Paulo were very friendly and helpful, with local recommendations and booking restaurants etc. It's definitely a holiday we'll remember and I would 100% recommend staying here! Grazie mille!!

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen. Heel gastvrij. Francesca respecteert privacy. Huis ligt heerlijk rustig en toch niet ver van Pistoia. We kregen goede tips over inkopen en restaurants. Ook waar je goede wijn kunt kopen. Ook tips over plaatsen die we wilden bezoeken. Zelfs hoe je het beste naar Florence kunt gaan - trein. Tip over parkeren in Pistoia op loopafstand van centrum. Kost daar € 2.00 per dag en op zondag gratis. Al met al een fijn adres om te verblijven met een goede gastvrouw.

Notre hôte était vraiment chaleureuse. et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu l'occasion de goûter à leurs produits. Elle nous a donné de bonnes recommandations. Elle a été très réceptive suite à notre arrivée tardive dùe à notre vol retardé. Nous recommandons fortement cette belle maison et y reviendrons assurément. Merci pour votre accueil ❤️

I celebrated my 50th Birthday with 7 dear friends at Umberto's house last week - it was beyond perfect! This was my first trip to Tuscany and definitely won't be my last. Umberto, Sheriff and Valentina are extremely warm hosts and the house is huge! I still don't think I visited every room! There is so much space that we ate in a different room every night! We didn't hire a car, however, Umberto gave us the contact details for Mr Manrico who did all of our airport runs, trips to Lucca, and trips to a local winery - this made our trip so much more relaxing and obviously we could all enjoy a drink too! A well stocked supermarket is a 15 minute stroll if you don't mind walking along a road and we were happy to do that. Chef Giovanni on the last night was wonderful - a real treat and in a fabulous house! Thank you to Umberto for making our stay so wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It is lovely accomodation nestled in a really nice part of Montelupo and close to the river and train station. We used this as a base to explore some other small towns and Florence and thought it was perfect. Looking forward to booking again. Brenda was so helpful and they are such a warm and kind family! Thank you so much for a fantastic trip!!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Olivio! Die Umgebung ist ruhig und wunderschön. Toller Blick aus Fenster auf den Garten und Dorf. Das Haus gehört zur Villa Unis. Jedes Haus hat seinen eigenen großen Garten Abschnitt. Trotz Gemeinschaftspool hatten wir ihn glücklicherweise für uns alleine. Das Haus ist kleiner als gedacht, war aber genau richtig für zwei Erwachsene und ein dreijähriges Kind. Es war sehr sauber. Das fussläufige Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, genau wie die Lage. Kata war immer gut zu erreichen. Weil es uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir unseren Urlaub dort verlängert. Vielen lieben Dank-wir würden wieder kommen!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans le logement. Mirko est très disponible et sur place nous avons été accueillis (même tardivement) par Domenico qui nous a donné de bons conseils. Le logement est fidèle à sa description et offre une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Les deux chambres sont spacieuses et toutes deux équipées d’une salle de bain. La literie est large et confortable. Je le recommande sans hésiter !

Wat een geweldig verblijf, boven verwachting! We hebben 2 heerlijke herfstwandelingen gemaakt. Genoten van de herfst geuren en kleuren. Het enige restaurant is super, heerlijke truffel gerechten. Op maar 10 minuten afstand. De ruimte is zeer aangenaam, we voelden ons direct thuis. Eugenia is een super host, werden overspoeld met lieve attenties en informatie. Een aanrader!

We had a wonderful time at Francescas place. The Check-in was really easy. Francesca was very welcoming and communication worked out perfect even with a small language barrier. Her dogs are carming and on some evenenings she even cooked us a delicious appetizer. We had a great time, thank you so much Francesca.

A great small rooftop apartment in the walls of Lucca. Great location, nice locals style cafe next door and walkable to all the other restaurants and cafes and shops in Lucca. Great view from the rooftop and areas to sit and enjoy the weather, great thing about being on the tip floor is the view and it makes the many stairs to the top worth it. Limited paid Street parking in the street next to the apartment 3 euros per hour. (we had no problem finding a space but it was off season) or larger parking areas outside the walls with day rates of around 10 euros per day or parking lots around 10 mins walk. Apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen but is compact. Perfect for 2 people or 3 if you don't mind being cosy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to enjoy all Lucca has to offer

Carmine's place is just wonderful. The views are stunning and the atmosphere is so calming and peaceful. The house is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are spacious. We were there in the beginning of March and it was a bit chilly the first day but Carmine had the fire going for us when we arrived which helped a lot. Overall we really loved our stay and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Tuscany.

Our stay at Maria's was remarkable. If you want to experience a true country setting in Italy this is one of the best you will find. The apartment was situated into an old building and incorporated into the rock wall that was very unique. Recently remodeled with a beautiful bathroom and living area. Another great benefit was the location in a unique small community easy to walk to various restaurants and shops. The local food was amazing and very welcoming. Maria and her husband we're wonderful to work with and live near the apartment so she was very quick to come see us with any issues.

This place was pure heaven to us. It is a very beautifully restored old windmill and you can clearly see the love that was put into this place. We stayed here in the first weeks of august, so temperatures were quite high. However, because the house is located in a deep valley there is quite some shade, and for the warmest moment you can cool of in the creek that runs by the house. The surroundings were very lush and green. This was also a great place for our kids to play and explore. The nearby village Castiglione di Garfagnana is a great town to get coffee, have lunch or dinner. Very family oriented, and it feels very much alive with locals coming together in the evening to talk. All in all, we felt very much at home and hope we can comeback soon again!

Nous venons de passer un magnifique séjour de 3 semaines en famille. Très belles vacances chez Claudio et son épouse. Hôtes serviables, accueillants, disponibles...tout en discrétion. 👍 Logement très propre et confortable. Le logement et ses extérieurs permettent de passer des vacances très agréables. La piscine et la climatisation dans tout le logement offre un confort idéal pour profiter du soleil sans souffrir de la chaleur 😊 La localisation permet de visiter, en voiture, beaucoup de sites Toscans et d'apprécier cette belle région. Et Claudio se fait un plaisir de donner les bons plans, les bonnes adresses...pour qu'on garde des souvenirs inoubliables 😊 Nous reviendrons sans hésiter 😃

La casa di Carla è bellissima,rifinita. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e ha assecondato le nostre richieste. Ci ha dato il benvenuto con un ottimo aperitivo. Siamo rimasti tutti piacevolmente stupiti e soddisfatti. Non potevamo aspettarci di meglio. Torneremo di sicuro! Grazie Carla!

L'appartamente sfrutta nel migliore dei modi lo spazio disponibile. cucina molto attrezzata utensili, padelle, pentole di buona qualità. letti comodi, doppio bagno che per noi è stato fantastico! posizione a 1,5km dalla spiaggia dove si teneva la competizione. tutto perfetto, comunicazioni chiarissime, ringrazio molto andrea

Massimiliano e la moglie sono stati gentilissimi. Avevamo prenotato la casa per il finesettimana dell'8 dicembre da passare fuori, la casa ci ha fatto passare un bellissimo weekend

Soggiorno piacevole nonostante la giornata di pioggia! Alloggio comodo (4 adulti), pulito e vicino a tutti i servizi (noleggio, ski pass, ristorante...). Un grazie speciale a Daniela che ci ha accolto e seguito nel nostro soggiorno con discrezione ma sempre presente!

we absolutely loved it! we did not do too much research on Monica's Airbnb as we booked it a few days before our wedding as a little mini honeymoon and didn't have a lot of time.Thus it almost took us by surprise, how beautiful it is. We can recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful & relaxing get away and or anyone that wants to hike, mountain bike, do Canyoning and other such sports. The apartment is so cute, cozy and although the amenities are modern it has this romantic cabin vibe. The view is exceptional at any daytime and in any weather. We had a wonderful stay at Ilaria’s place for just over 2 weeks with our 10 month old baby. The location is fantastic and we quickly got used to the stairs, which weren’t a problem. We loved the high ceilings and big windows but found we couldn’t really open them because of mosquitos, which attacked our baby on the first few nights after leaving the window open for a short time on the first afternoon, oh dear! The place closely resembles the photos, particularly the light, although there are quite a few more personal items and decorations since the family uses the apartment for vacations too. The kitchen and bathroom were clean but not super clean and this was the only place in our 7 week stay in Italy that didn’t provide things like body wash, shampoo, sugar etc, so that might be a bit annoying to have to buy these for a short stay. Overall we loved the apartment and had such a wonderful stay with loads of great memories. Thank you!

Gaetano è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile a dare indicazioni. Abbiamo prenotato il monolocale con giardino per fare la ricerca pasquale della uova, tradizione nordica, e naturalmente abbiamo usato il giardino anche per un aperitivo pomeridiano. Il suono del fiume è costante. La strada è poco sotto, ma la casa è abbastanza alta perché non vi si faccia caso. Nei dintorni si può passeggiare a Bagni di Lucca, che è come un borgo dimenticato, circondato di acqua e sentieri - molto interessanti i ponti di tutta quella zona. Ho trovato il prezzo molto vantaggioso: il monolocale aveva un equipaggiamento completo. Grazie a Gaetano e a presto!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo appartamento nel fine settimana di Pasqua. L'alloggio è dotato di ogni confort, è molto spazioso e con varie aree relax (dal salone con divano e maxischermo, alla sala con il grande biliardo, alla sauna...). I letti e i cuscini sono comodissimi, l'area è silenziosa - nonostante sia in pieno centro - e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Bagni e cucina molto funzionali. L'intero appartamento aveva una pulizia impeccabile! Un grazie a Valentina, che non abbiamo mai incontrato, ma che è stata molto efficiente e chiara nel rispondere alle nostre domande e nelle indicazioni forniteci. La qualità dei servizi offerti, la bellezza dell'appartamento e del palazzo, la posizione centralissima valgono il prezzo pagato. Assolutamente da consigliare!
