Five (5) minute walking distance to the cutest shops and restaurants. About a thirty (30) minute drive to Bryce Canyon and about a 1 hour drive to Zions National Park. Close to many many more attractions for hiking, biking and trails for ATV/UTV riding. This cozy little studio apartment provides every amenity you'll need during your stay!

Only 20 minutes to Bryce Canyon NP and 60 minutes to Zion NP. *The entire basement with all pictured areas (bedrooms, living room, bathroom, etc.) are all yours with no shared spaces. 40 Acre Escalante Canyon Retreat

This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river. Hike from the front door to first class scenic wonders. There are natural wonders right out the front door and within an hour's drive. Look for deer and wild turkey in the meadow in the mornings and evenings and watch the cloud shadows change over the canyon walls. Head up or down the canyon into rugged wilderness, and return home to comfort.

Kokopelli's Retro Retreat

Enjoy the charm of this 50's red brick home situated within walking distance of the movie theatre, restaurants and shopping. This rustic red brick home is family-owned and can sleep up to 7 people. A fully furnished kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, a playroom and 1 bath with shower and tub will be yours to enjoy. The spacious, fenced backyard includes a swing set, basketball standard and outdoor games—making it a perfect getaway for family vacations.

North Creek Retreat

Private lower level of our home. Located on a private 160 acre ranch with two beautiful rivers. Petroglyphs and waterfall are within walking distance of our home. Restaurant (the north creek grill) @ the slot canyons inn is within walking distance of the property. Currently closed until 2026. The retreat is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms , a small kitchenette (not a full kitchen) only a MINI fridge, and living room. Outdoor patio space with grill and outdoor seating and fire pit

Welcome to the Lilac House! We invite you to step back in time to a gone-by era of nostalgia and forgotten memories. Our goal is to create a feeling of yesteryear and invoke feelings of simpler times. The house is located in the heart of Panguitch, about a 2-minute walk to all the shops on Main Street. Zion National Park is a 1-hour drive to its less crowded east-side entrance. Bryce Canyon is a 30-minutes away.
