This second story space located minutes from downtown, Parkview and PFW still sits on a quiet 2 acre lot. The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

Enjoy a stay in our quaint suite attached to our circa 1870 home with private entrance. The entrance brings guests into the front room, which has a full-sized bed, sofa and TV and is connected to a full kitchen. A private bedroom includes a full-sized bed, a second sofa and a desk. The covered front porch faces beautiful South Main Street. Conveniently located in downtown within a block of the courthouse and downtown attractions. 9th Street Brew is a popular coffee house across the street.

Enjoy a relaxing calm as you take a respite from the busyness of life in this quiet escape. Be amazed at the starry skies on a clear night, free from the world of light pollution. Absorb the natural beauty of nature as you are awakened to the early morning melodies of song birds welcoming in a new day. And, on special occasions, you may be blessed with a Whitetail deer passing through, just beyond your windows. Squirrels are abundant. No pets allowed because of allergies of Hosts.

The updated kitchen features tiled backsplash, gas range, oven, and fridge. There is a microwave and Keurig for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The bathroom features a tiled shower.
