The place for nature lovers and the audiophile! Newly renovated cottage with queen bed and queen sleeper sofa! Situated on five acres, at Sunrise Cottage you can see no other dwellings except those in the valley far below. Lay in bed and watch the sun rise from the East. 60 mile views with a monarch waystation off the deck. Relax in the hot tub or sit around the fire pit. Bathroom has a spa feel with rainfall showerhead. Close to Marriott Ranch for horse trail rides and surrounded by wineries!

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

“Little Sligo” a charming cottage built in 1760 and lovingly restored less than 5 years ago. Our unique property blends old-world charm with modern amenities, sits on a beautiful 2-acre historic site adjacent to a 46-acre public park, perfect for morning walks, sports, & family activities. Public swimming pool is OPEN Memorial Day to Labor Day. 1 minute walk from the cottage. Enjoy the convenience of being just 3 minutes from the heart of Downtown FXBG and 3 miles from I-95.

Our basement apartment offers two roomy bedrooms with full size windows, a full bathroom, and sleeps 5 (possibility of added guests with permission). We boast a very comfortable living room. The stocked kitchenette includes a large fridge, sink, double hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary dishes/utensils. Fire extinguisher, fire alarms & carbon monoxide detector. Safe neighborhood. Close to Quantico. 40 miles to the DC National Mall. NO clothes washer.

2 Bedroom Barn with Loaded Game Room

The Sunshine Barn features 2 BR and 1 BA. The barn boasts billiards, shuffleboard table, air hockey, a 60-game arcade machine, a Mortal Kombat machine, wii, play station, a poker table, and two cabinets brimming with card and board games. Three smart TVs adorn the walls. The shared backyard outdoor space includes a hot tub, hammock, outdoor putting green, an adjustable basketball hoop, swings, a grill, horseshoes, a playground, a gazebo area, and a stocked fishing pond.

A tucked away rental surrounded by trees . A 1,000 square foot furnished basement apartment with private entrance, laundry room, full kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom, living room and plenty of closet space. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting outside on the patio. The apartment is adjacent to our pool which guests are welcome to use. Apartment has full size bed, a rollaway twin size bed and a pack and play. Apartment is close to Stafford Hospital and VRE.

Horse farm near Manassas Battlefield.

“Chip and Joanna” style accommodations. Private suite, private entrance (bedroom, bath, kitchenette). Close to: Manassas Battlefield (25 mile trail); Skymeadow State Park (nice trails); Wineries, distilleries, breweries and great restaurants -5 miles; VRE connections - to METRO; 3 miles to Manassas airport. ONLY 6 miles to Jiffy Lube Live. Fire pit and wood. Not accepting pets at this time. Cot and Pack n Play available.
