The property is an insulated wooden studio with its own garden area plus sole access to a heated pool open to 22 September 2025 apart from one hour a day from 6.30pm. Up to two well-behaved, friendly and social dogs welcome for a small fee (no pets in the pool though, please). Sorry no babies/children under 18

The Annex

Set in the hills of Bucks enjoying arguably the finest views in the area is The Annex. The Annex is new for 2025, having been extensively refurbished to the highest standards. Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the annex with its private patio area and private hot tub. You will also benefit from private use of the swimming pool every other day of your stay. With a large living area, two ensuite bedrooms and well equipped kitchen The Annex is the perfect rural retreat for couples and families.

Indoor pool. Sleeps 4 (2 Large Doubles) Stunning views, beautiful walks, great pubs, restaurants, and historic places to visit only a short stroll or distance away. An ideal getaway for a weekend or longer stay in the Oxfordshire countryside. Henley-on-Thames 6 miles, Reading station 6.5 miles

Four bedrooms, sleeps eight, large family home in Kingham, Chipping Norton, with private heated swimming pool in garden for guests' sole use. Pet friendly and enclosed garden, safe for dogs. Enjoy spacious open plan living, loads of natural light. Huge kitchen, lounge, log-burning stove, dining area opening onto garden patio for summer entertaining. Comfy bedding - 1 superking bed (can be split into 2 x singles), 1 king bed in main bedroom (with bath!) and 2 double beds. Perfect for groups!

The Artist’s Studio

The Artist's Studio is a self contained wing of The Manor House in Sibford Gower - a picturesque village on the edge of the Cotswolds. It has its own private entrance, a pool on your doorstep, and is surrounded by beautiful countryside, walking trails and quaint pubs. The double height space is light and bright, whilst full of history and charm. A perfect getaway, or an ideal base from which to explore the Cotswolds, Oxford, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Bicester Village or Blenheim Palace.

The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED IT WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY.

In Tudor times the Dovecote providing doves to the Royal Palaces Today, the dovecote has undergone extensive restoration, converting it into a charming living space, with modern facilities and fast Wifi. Now it's ideal for different purposes from a relaxing getaway, to a home from home for a business traveller or a quiet space to study. The Dovecote has a modern kitchen with a dining Table.

Entire guest suite in Marcham

Cosy, independent guest suite with its own entrance, located in the heart of the scenic village of Marcham. 🏡 Easy access to country walks, head next door to enjoy a bustling English pub with luxury food vans on select days. Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop near the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Bothy, with a natural swimming pool

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.
