Secluded, peaceful setting only 15 minutes to Beavers Bend and Hochatown. This cottage is situated on 27 acres and our guests have access to the entire property, including our fishing pond. Cowboy up or kick ur boots off at the "BUNK HOUSE", nestled on backroads, west of Broken Bow is this rustic 1150 sq. ft. log sided, 2 bdrm, 2 b, cabin w/open floor plan, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen & dining area. Tucked away on 4 fenced acres w/native oak & pine trees, w/cattle grazing nearby, sleeps 4 comfortably, perfect for you & your buckaroos, or adventurous couple(s). Located away from all the ruckus but close enough to scout out & explore Hochatown activities.

Carolyn’s Cottage

Tiny house located only 20 minutes south of Broken Bow Lake, Hochatown and Beavers Bend State Park. Quiet community, no dirt road, good parking. Sleeps 4 guest, with a queen bed in bedroom and a queen air mattress available for use on floor. Large tv with Roku, WiFi available. Refrigerator, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, and induction hotplate with cookware for light cooking. Charcoal grill outside. Parking space for boat and trailers. All pets must be crated if left unattended.
