Come on down to our beautiful Lake Wylie waterfront home and enjoy a perfect getaway with family and friends. Swim from our private dock, play ping pong, grill lakeside meals, or relax on our 4 kayaks while taking in breathtaking views of the lake. Located just minutes from CLT Airport, the Airport Overlook, Charlotte Premium Outlets, and the famous Big Pete troll sculpture, you'll enjoy easy access to some of the area's most popular attractions while still feeling worlds away on the water.

Lakeside Oasis

Enjoy easy access to Charlotte, but feel like you are far from the chaos of the city in this centrally located haven. There is a jacuzzi with lakefront views for use by our guests. The house is lakefront and has 3 adult kayaks, 4 kid size kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and life jackets of various sizes for use as well. You can also swim and fish off the dock. Please check NC fishing laws. There is a marina located directly across the lake from the house that you can rent a pontoon boat from.

While it feels like a world away, it is only 12 minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, full of restaurants, pubs and boutiques - only 30 min from Charlotte. The home boasts professionally designed spaces inside and out, perfect for gathering with friends and family. Across the lake is the undisturbed shoreline of Latta Plantation, including miles of hiking trails.
