Enjoy easy access to Charlotte, but feel like you are far from the chaos of the city in this centrally located haven. There is a jacuzzi with lakefront views for use by our guests. The house is lakefront and has 3 adult kayaks, 4 kid size kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and life jackets of various sizes for use as well. You can also swim and fish off the dock. Please check NC fishing laws. There is a marina located directly across the lake from the house that you can rent a pontoon boat from.

Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. Three level deck, gazebo, floating dock, and a beach area with a firepit make it a perfect place to make memories. An ideal base to explore Charlotte and experience nature.
