Piso pequeño independiente, muy luminoso y tranquilo. Cocina equipada, lavadero, salón comedor con un sofá cama, TV, habitación con cama matrimonial grande, baño pequeño, terraza mediana propia. Ventilador de techo y calefacción central. Esta ubicado en una zona familiar. Aparcamiento gratuito en la calle. Bien comunicado con a la playa, la montaña y al centro de Castelldefels. Al día de hoy la piscina comunitaria no está en óptimas condiciones de uso.

Nice apartment with incredible views close to BCN

Although our apartment is close to Barcelona, our apartment is in an isolated environment, within the Bellamar urbanization, surrounded by forest and with the best sea views in the city. Being in a quiet environment, it is ideal for couples, families or friends who want to enjoy the tranquility and silence, but at the same time have the possibility of going to Barcelona in just twenty minutes by car or half an hour by public transport.
