It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

Nasz drewniany domek został zaprojektowany nowocześnie i funkcjonalnie. Staraliśmy się idealnie wtopić w otoczenie i nie zakłócać natury, która nas tu otacza z każdej strony. Nasza mała wieś, nie poddała się czasowi, wszystko funkcjonuje tu jak dawniej. Nie ma sklepu, ani restauracji, brak turystów, tylko cisza i natura. Na uboczu za małą wioską odpoczynek pośród mazurskich jezior w naszym wyjątkowym domu: na małym wzgórzu z widokiem na oddalone o ok. 100 metrów jezioro Sołtmany z pięcioma wysepkami. Erholung und Entspannung inmitten der Masurischen Seen – in unserem Haus genießen Sie das auf ganz besondere Weise. Auf einem kleinen Hügel über dem verträumten See Soltmany gelegen, verfügt es über Terrasse, Balkon, Erker zum Sitzen und bei Schmuddelwetter über einen sibirischen gusseisernen Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

The former farm has been converted into a home for lovers of peace and nature. Located on a spacious plot with a fairytale view of your 'own' lake from the veranda. Fully equipped with -among others- a fire pit by the lake, a bbq, a lovely fireplace in the livingroom, a spacious kitchen, a good shower, wonderful beds and views to just dream away... The entire (fenced) plot is available to our guests, dogs are welcome. (The farm is split into two houses - possible to book together as one house.)

It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated space for 8 people. You will spend your vacations in Bartosze, a small village located 4km from Elk, a beautiful Masurian city. At a distance of 150m there are 2 beaches on Lake Sunowo, and the area offers forest trails, bicycle and canoe routes.
