The whole apartment yours; separate frontdoor. It is situated in the centre of the charming old town. As the windows towards the street are with special panes, you have no problem with noise from the traffic. Rhenen is situated in the province of Utrecht, close to Gelderland; more or less in the middle of the Netherlands. By train it is about 1,5 hour to get to Amsterdam; to Utrecht about 1/2 hour, and to Arnhem about 1/2 by bus. For the first morning there is stuf to make your own breakfast.

De tuin is ruim, sfeervol en groen en heeft twee terrassen met de hele dag zon. Alle voorzieningen zijn in de wijk aanwezig. Een van de supermarkten ligt aan de overkant van het appartement. De wijk heeft gezellige kroegjes en restaurants. Natuur en centrum liggen op loopafstand. -Kinderen tot 12 jaar zijn gratis.

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, both at 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.

It is located in such a way that you are not inconvenienced by trains and traffic. There is a small private garden with garden furniture.

Het is daardoor niet geschikt voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Geschikt voor 2 personen, geen huisdieren toegestaan.
