This place was perfect for our 4-day stay in Utrecht. It was clean, safe, comfortable and perfect for cooking meals. The host was friendly, communicative and accommodating! We got to visit the city as well as take trains to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Leiden and Den Haag. Utrecht was the perfect location to access all those cities! It was a 17 minute walk to Utrecht Centraal station but I’m sure you can take a bus or something to make it shorter. We didn’t mind the walk as it took us through the center of the city so we could see new things each time! Totally recommend you stay here.

A Perfect Nature Retreat – Highly Recommended! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful—one of the best ways to unwind in the midst of serene nature. Our son especially loved playing with the chickens and feeding them, which made the experience even more memorable. Agnes and her family were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even invited us to join their Easter fire in the garden, a special touch that made our stay truly unique. Agnes also prepared a delicious breakfast, including some yummy treats for our little one, which we greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by beautiful landscapes, we highly recommend staying here for at least two days to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the place. It’s an ideal escape for families, couples, or anyone seeking a refreshing break in nature. We’ll definitely be back!!

The Appartment was super lovely. Absolutely loved it. Perfectly located in the middle of Nijmegen and very good support from Ed. I will be back for sure.

Vriendelijke heldere informatie vooraf. In goed vertrouwen liet ze ons al binnen met instructies, zonder dat ze er zelf op dat moment was. Later elkaar ontmoet, heel fijn gesprek gehad over het initiatief dat ze met het natuurlijk huis en alle workshops aan het overbrengen is aan de wereld. Stuk ook gelezen in het boek dat zij en haar man hebben geschreven over zo natuurlijk mogelijk leven. Interessant. Prima B&B, op een top stuk land, veel natuur, vogels, kippen etc. De inrichting eenvoudig, maar dat staat ook heel duidelijk op foto en advertentie. Heerlijk voor rust in een mooie omgeving. Met de auto hele goede locatie om van alles te ondernemen richting bijvoorbeeld Zwolle, Deventer, Sallandse Heuvelrug en Veluwezoom. Vriendelijke mensen vooral en je leert nog eens wat over natuurlijk leven.

Zoek je een fijne accommodatie waar je in een weekend tijd het gevoel hebt dat je minstens een week bent weggeweest? Dan heb je die hier gevonden :) Alles bij elkaar zorgt voor een fantastische ervaring. Vooral de bescheiden gastvrijheid van Wim, Renée en Teske voelt oprecht en warm en maakt voor ons dat dit één van de beste Airbnbervaringen is tot nu toe (en we hebben er al behoorlijk wat).

This is Airbnb as it was intended to be. A kind and helpful host, wonderful house and all around great experience. We traveled with 5 adults and 2 small kids. Sorin’s house was perfectly appointed for everyone to have a great stay. The kids loved the playroom, back garden and all the fun toys. The included bikes (including a cargo bike) made exploring and trips to the train station easy and fun. The house is very comfortable and spacious allowing us to spread out and also spend time together. The neighborhood is very quiet and seems very safe. If you are considering this as an option within easy striking distance to Amsterdam, do it. The train is an €15 round trip.

we hadden een heerlijke vakantie in The Whitehouse van Erwin. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en we mochten vrij alle faciliteiten gebruiken. Voor ons gezin met drie volwassen kinderen was het huis erg fijn. Veel ruimte in het huis en een eigen schuur om te darten en muziek te luisteren. Als het nodig was, verliep de communicatie met Erwin vlot. Erwin, bedankt voorcde gastvrijheid en het heerlijke verblijf in jullie huis ! De omgeving is ook prachtig. We hebben mooie fietstochten gemaakt door bos, over heide en langs de IJssel. Ook leuke plaatse in de buurt die het bezoeken waard zijn: Zwolle, Deventer, Hattem.

Fijn en kleinschalig vakantiepark waar we al een paar maal hebben verbleven in een andere woning. Heerlijk rustig, prachtige wandelomgeving en comfortabel. Bart had op mijn verzoek speciaal een oven geplaatst, top service. Kleine ongemakken werden snel opgelost, ondanks het feit dat Bart zelf in Azië verbleef. Onwijs jammer dat er maar 1 comfortabele stoel in de bioscoopkamer staat. Op de foto zie je ook maar 1 stoel maar ik had vooraf gevraagd of er 2 stoelen waren en dat had Bart bevestigd. Toen de 2e stoel bij aankomst een harde kunststof bureaustoel bleek te zijn was ik wel teleurgesteld. Bart heeft dit huis nog niet lang in bezit en zal ongetwijfeld de komende periode de nodige reparaties en/of vernieuwingen doorvoeren zoals betere verlichting in de badkamer. Wij komen dan op zeker nog een keer terug!

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids) felt right at home, the house was modern and clean. Tom left us a lovely bottle of wine and stroopwafels for us all to enjoy. There was a beautiful running/walking path and good restaurants close by. It was a great home away from home. A car is definitely highly recommended.

Casa fantastica e funzionale, con giardino dotato di servizi superiori alle aspettative. Rapporto qualità/prezzo adeguato. Rob è un persona sempre disponibile e cortese, molto cordiale all'accoglienza. Zona residenziale estremamente tranquilla e in linea con le ns aspettative, soprattutto logistiche, rispetto al nostro programma di vacanza. Presenti servizi di prossimità adeguati. Esperienza consigliata!

Das Haus von Julia ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Es war jede Menge Spielzeug vorhanden. Das lastenrad war auch toll. Die anderen Räder waren leider nicht mehr ganz tauglich, aber dafür waren sie im Preis inbegriffen und da kann man dann auch nicht meckern. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einiges könnte gemacht werden wenn es öfter vermietet wird. alles war sehr sauber als wir angekommen sind. abends ist es etwas laut da sich direkt am Haus eine viel befahrene Straße befindet und Jugendliche sich gerne mit ihren Motorroller treffen und gerne Mal den Motor aufdrehen. es dauert nicht lange und man ist mit den Rädern in 5 min in der kleinen Stadt huizen und am Strand. alles im allen waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden und wir können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen. Julia und ihr Mann waren auch immer gut zu erreichen wenn wir fragen hatten und waren auch immer wirklich sehr lieb und nett und haben sofort geholfen!!! wir sagen danke!!!
