Next to the house is the famous ArtCafe 144 Stairs. A 24 hours-open Georgian restaurant and small supermarkets are close.

In summer you can enjoy with beautiful mountain "Mtatsminda" view from a terrace which is located on the second floor of the apartment and in winter you can sit in front of the fireplace in the huge living room with Georgian famous wine.
