Il piano terra è costituito da ampio soggiorno, cucina completa, camera matrimoniale, grande bagno con doccia, vasca e lavatrice; al piano superiore si trovano un soppalco, due camere matrimoniali e un altro bagno con ampia doccia. It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.
