Welcome to Midland. This fabulous condo is located in the heart of Midland and includes everything you will need to cook a meal or just enjoy a glass of wine on the private patio! We even have RO for your water enjoyment. This area is a shopping Mecca and food central. If you choose to go downtown, you will find Centennial Park and super cool micro markets to shop, eat or just chill. You will feel the heart of the people and the business of a fast and growing city. Centrally located Condo

Spacious 1BR 1 bath condo with open floor plan for kitchen/dinning/living room. Our unit is newly renovated, and offers free Wi-Fi. new appliances, and microwave, fresh linens and towels, as well as extras located in closet with iron/ironing board. Bedroom has Queen bed , desk, and each room has Amazon Fire smart TV w/ remote to access multiple streaming apps. A small patio is located off living area where parking lot is clearly visible to see your vehicle. Laundry on-site short walk away.

Cozy Chalet - Studio with Private Entrance

The flat is fully updated with all comforts that you are accustomed too and more! It has a kitchen with all the amenities in a five star resort, laundry space with a new washer and dryer, and entertainment area with Roku (Hulu, NetFlix, and Apple TV). The unit includes the best Reverse Osmosis Systems drinking water filter system money can buy. We have a high end split A/C unit, so you will not be subjugated to someone else’s desired temperatures, or the expensive hotel's low end units.

Single room unit#6 Private shower No Pets/Smoking

This sits on an acre property with another 5 room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or month to month stays. The bed size is Queen. The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Charming and quiet private backyard casita offers full size appliances and washer/dryer in the unit. Self care is spa-like in the extra large, clean bathroom. Sleep comes easy in the cozy king size bed. If you need extra bed space, the couch makes an additional full size bed. We can’t wait for you to experience this sweet little home away from home.

Modern contemporary space Down Stairs only..no shared space. Upstairs we host “The Pilots lounge” Space has updated full kitchen. just a few blocks from the mall and within five minutes of 15 different restaurants. Space has plenty of natural light. backyard with a covered porch. Great space to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from the park.
