A lovely tranquil detached wood lined studio cottage in the grounds of Trenoweth House, Gardeners Cottage offers spacious open plan living for two people with a sofa bed to sleep another adult or two small children. The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Last minute cancellation: 28Dec for NYE! A light, pretty, traditional cottage that has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Cosy and well located for local walks, the beaches, shops and pubs and of course, lunch at the Hidden Hut. Dogs are welcome and there is a private enclosed garden to the rear. Parking is also available for one car. This charming cottage is over 200 years old, and does have cottage stairs and low ceilings in places.
