Schickes Studio im Zentrum (Französisches Viertel)

Das 16 Quadratmeter große Zimmer mit Bad ist in Haidhausen, einem belebten, kreativen Viertel im Münchner Zentrum. Wenige Meter entfernt sind Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.

Gemütliches Appartement in perfekter Lage

Herzlich Willkommen, wir freuen uns auf euch! Ein kleines Stück "Zuhause" wartet auf euch. Das App. hat separaten Eingang, Küche, Bad mit Dusche:WC, kleiner Terrasse. Morgens kannst du bei einer Tasse Kaffee Vogelgezwitscher hören oder im nahen Park Joggen, abends beim "Griechen" (150m) den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das App. liegt im Grünen, jedoch nur 15 Min. vom Zentrum entfernt. Zur Messe München sind es 20 Min. Die U-Bahn fährt direkt zum Oktoberfest 15 Min. Autobahn ist 5 Min. entfernt.

Premium tiny room, perfekte Lage

Kleines,liebevoll gestaltetes Zimmer-12qm- im denkmalgeschützten Altbau zum begrünten Innenhof. Die Fenster sind mit lichtdurchlässigen Plissees vor Blicken geschützt und ein blickdichter Samtvorhang verdunkelt nachts. Es gibt ein Boxbett mit 140cm, Leselampe, Schrank,Wandspiegel und Aufhängemöglichkeiten . Das kleine Bad mit Handtuchheizkörper hat keine Tür, ist aber blickgeschützt bei Toilette und Dusche. Restaurants und S-U-Bahn sind in Minuten zu erreichen. Wlan für Zoom zu schwach.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Best location, Glockenbachviertel

Cozy apartment in a trendy district close to Oktoberfest, bars, clubs around the corner. 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, living room with pull-out couch, space for 2 people. Kitchen, bathroom, & pantry with washing machine. Parties, smoking not allowed. Free parking in the building only on request when booking, later only a paid parking space is available. The apartment is in a lively trendy district, it is unavoidable that you cannot hear anything with the window open.

This stylish Studio Apartment is situated in Munich's city center, very close to Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, Maximilianstrasse & the Oktoberfest is only 15 min away. Surrounded by many restaurants and bars in walking distance. The studio was designed and renovated with a loving hand and a love for the fine things in life, so you get plenty of amenities and high standards. The place is perfect for two people (and one child). Easy to reach from the airport in just 35min.

Kolumbusplatz near river Isar-Only 100m to Subway

**English requests are welcome!** Die ruhige 1 Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich an der Grenze zwischen den Stadtteilen "Untergiesing" und "Au". Die Mondstrasse strahlt einen dörflichen Charakter aus und besticht durch seine gute Infrastruktur. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, sind in der umittelbaren Umgebung vorhanden Den Neubau aus dem Jahre 2016 bewohnen lediglich 3 Parteien. Es wurden ausschliesslich hochwertige Materialien eingesetzt.

Das 26qm grosse Zimmer mit Küchenzeile liegt im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug unter dem Dach. Ein eigenes kleines Bad mit Dusche. Das Doppelbett ist 160cn breit, 200cm lang. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Der Raum ist abschliessbar, das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. In 5 Gehmin. ist die nächste U-Bahn Station und dann 12 Min. zum Hauptbahnhof. Kostenloser Parkplatz in 400m. Ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt in München.
