The house comes fully equipped with new appliances including washer and dryer. The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. A huge rear deck and both fixed and floating docks provide options for watching the sun rise over the river, sturgeon jumping and manatee meandering along. Wheelchair accessible. Fun times!
