Master: king bed, attached bathroom with tub and shower. Small bedroom #1: queen bed. Small bedroom #2: queen bed. There is a second full bathroom in hallway across from the small bedrooms. There is a sofa with queen sized fold out bed in back "office" space. T.V. is streaming only. Any problems, the owners live across the street!

Located within 4 miles of the 290 wine trail, this two bedroom country cottage is great for an escape from city life. The house is located on a 300+ acre working ranch, with access to the Pedernales River.
