Welcome to our spacious, comfortably furnished 2 bdrm/2 bath condo in the Elkhorn area of Sun Valley, ID. This quiet location is well-off the main road. It is only a 7-min drive to the River Run ski lodge, downtown Ketchum, or the Sun Valley Lodge/resort. Two lrg bdrms (w/small child-sized sofa bed) offer plenty of room for a quick weekend, or a longer get-away! NF land is ~1/4 mi away; elk and deer are often seen nearby. 3 hot tubs, 3 pools, 2 saunas, golf, and 19 tennis courts are nearby.

The apartment is two levels with a queen bed and private bathroom upstairs, and a pull out couch downstairs. The ground level includes a living area and kitchen as well as a 1/2 bath. Ideal location and for a winter or summer stay in the Ketchum/SV area. Minutes from biking & hiking, and the ski resort.

Quiet getaway in Hailey.

This cozy cabin is a great getaway. It is riding distance to hiking and mountain bike trails and is 10 miles from Sun Valley's skiing and mountain biking. The private setting provides a quiet and serene place to relax and is blocks from downtown Hailey. Fully fenced yard with city park to the west and north of the property. We have 2 cruiser bikes, 2 pair of snowshoes and a small barbeque available. Not suitable for toddlers and young children. Campers and camping are not allowed.

Our "barn" bedroom and bath was finished in 2019 with new beds, linens and furnishings. We are 10 minutes from Hailey in Indian Creek Ranch with beautiful surrounding mountains and open spaces. Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio, located 2 1/2 blocks from the Ketchum Town Square, short walk to restaurants, shops and parks in Ketchum. Just 1 mile from the world renowned Sun Valley Resort. Half a mile to River Run Gondola, short bus ride to Warm Springs side of Baldy. Easy access to bike path, free bus service, golf courses and hiking. We do not recommend the studio for more than 2 or 3 people.

Full bath with washer/dryer. Free off-street parking. Due to documented medical allergies in our attached home, we are exempt from hosting service animals.

The entire upstairs of our house is yours! Your space has a locked off, private entrance (we live downstairs in a separate area). Includes 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private living area, one full bath, mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave, washer/dryer, and small private outside space. 5-10 min drive to the Sun Valley airport. Perfect base to experience world-renowned skiing, hiking, biking, and fishing.
