The unit includes a comfortable king bed, fully functioning kitchen, separate bathroom and laundry facilities.

This stunning location really is the best spot in Opotiki. Massive views out to sea and picturesque sunsets. The cottage is located up a private driveway with plenty of off road parking. There’s even room for your boat. We welcome dogs, but there is a fee of $50 per pet. The property is fully fenced which is fantastic for the kids. There is a paddock for the horse by arrangement. There is an outdoor shower for after beach visit. Only 2min drive to beach and cycle trail.

Our house is located down a peaceful little lane, with a beautiful outlook to the surrounding hills. Just a 5 minute stroll down to the end of the road is the Wainui beach access way. Gisborne city is a convenient 8 minute drive away. We have a fully fenced large back lawn with a trampoline & playhouse for the kids. Kids toys, games available on request. Cot available. Our place is ideal for families, with a private self contained studio & three bedroom house.
