Giustenice : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à la villa d’Olga. La maison est parfaitement agencée, très confortable et décorée avec goût. La piscine et la vue sont tout simplement exceptionnelles. Un vrai petit coin de paradis ! Olga nous a accueillis avec chaleur et bienveillance, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Toute la famille se joint à moi pour la remercier sincèrement. Nous lui souhaitons une excellente continuation et recommandons vivement cette villa à tous ceux qui cherchent calme, beauté et confort.

Casale molto accogliente immerso nella pace delle Langhe piemontesi. Gli appartamenti sono ben curati e forniti dell'essenziale e anche più Micaela e suo marito ci hanno accolto affettuosamente e sono stati super disponibili

L'appartamento si trova in aperta campagna in ambiente collinare. La casa è nuova o ristrutturata di recente, molto pulita e ben tenuta. L'arredamento è scelto con gusto e di ottima qualità. Molto belli i mobili in legno massiccio della zona giorno. Tutte le stanze sono molto spaziose. Bagno e cucina sono ben forniti. Ivan è molto gentile e accogliente. Inoltre è disponibile per fornire consigli sulla zona e per chiarire qualsiasi dubbio. L'esperienza è stata molto positiva.

This villa exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking scenery that made waking up each morning a joy. It was perfectly equipped for our stay with two young toddlers, including a full-size cot, a high chair, and dark shutters that made nap times easy. The amenities were fantastic, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. He even kindly offered to post back some forgotten items, which we really appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

We, a family of four, realy enjoyed the place; eating in the very beautifull garden with the anaxi g sea view Angela gave us perfect insteuctions and tips for activities. We went to cycle from San Stefano to San Remo, wonderfull activity. We went swimming in Cervo, made a visit to Menton and walked along the beach to Alassio. We recommend the place in the sping season!

David was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had everything that we needed, comfortable beds powerful shower. The parking was really easy and it was very convenient having use of a garage for the bikes.

Un chouette appartement très bien agencé et équipé, propre et décoré avec goût. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement: en plein centre de la vieille ville, on peut faire à pied ses courses, se balader et rejoindre le Vesubia Mountain Park (très sympa). Une adresse que je garde sous le coude 😉 Merci à notre hôte !

Family break. Six adults. Plenty of room for all Fantastic stay. Couldn’t recommend highly enough Great value for money Extremely comfortable. Location is spot on to discover all of Nice by foot if reasonably healthy. Only tram we took was one back to airport. Virginie is delightful. So helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for a wonderful, affordable place for a stay in Nice this place is perfect. Thanks for a perfect stay from us all xx

Amazing location right in the heart of old town and close to everything including great restaurants. Host was very communicative and provided advanced warning of any issues. Early check-in was provided which we appreciated greatly! Thanks again Hanna.

Nathalie was very responsive, and had great communication throughout. The apartment was clean, with some cupboards locked with private items inside. Great location, within walking distance to Monaco.

The location was great - right near the prominade and great restaurants. One of the bedrooms was very quiet, but the other two were quite noisy for sleeping. The place was clean and comfortable.

Very cozy and comfortable apartment, nearby the sea and all necessary facilities - grossery, restaurants etc. Therese is a great host, providing clear instructions and very responsive in case of any need. Defenitely would recommend for a stay.

Liebe Frederique und lieber Olivier, wir vermissen eure schöne und charaktervolle Wohnung jetzt schon! Acht Tage Nizza schienen uns lang, waren aber viel zu kurz. Gern würden wir viel länger eintauchen in die spannende und freundliche Nachbarschaft und in die faszinierende Architektur der Stadt. Und am Wasser spazieren gehen, mit einem Glas Wein am Strand sitzen, das gute Essen in kleinen Restaurants genießen... Nizza sieht uns auf jeden Fall wieder und wenn wir Glück haben, auch eure Wohnung :) Danke euch beiden für die immer schnelle und präzise Kommunikation und Olivier für's Abholen an der Tram-Station, für den Koffer-Service im Treppenhaus(!!) und die Flasche Rosé zur Begrüßung. Ihr seid tolle Gastgeber!

Très bel appartement, spacieux, dans un quartier proche du centre-ville, avec toutes les fonctionnalités. Un hôte amical et réactif. La literie est très confortable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

The apartment and gardens were just absolutely beautiful, with amazing views. Everything was brand new and squeaky clean. It was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely private outdoor area with sun lounges in the garden for relaxing for you wish. You will need a car but it's absolutely worth staying at this apartment. The bed was super comfy and plenty of storage space available in the room. Perfect location to explore the wine routes in the area and close to Alba for shopping, wine shops and restaurants. Margherita was so welcoming and friendly and very communicative. There is parking right at your front door with no steps to navigate into the apartment or outdoor area. There is a washing machine and drying rack which is very convenient. A nice bottle of local wine was supplied as well as fresh eggs which was a really nice touch. This is a must stay in apartment if exploring Alba/Asti/Turin area. Their dog was very friendly and super cute as well.

Alla casa della sig.ra Simona ci siamo trovati bene. La posizione dell'abitazione è strategica in quanto la casa è situata in una zona tranquilla ma ha l'accesso in vari punti della città. La casa è accogliente sia nell'arredamento sia nei servizi della casa. La proprietaria per qualsiasi nostra esigenza ci è venuta incontro. La città di Laigueglia inoltre è tranquilla, dona relax ed ha una bellissima passeggiata lungo mare. Il nostro soggiorno di tre giorni è stato positivo. Inoltre il ns cane si è subito ambientato.

Alain et Sandrine sont des personnes formidable, bienveillante et le logement est d’une propreté irréprochable, je recommande ce logement avec grand plaisir ! 🙃

We had a great stay! The co-host (Görkem) was super friendly and responsive, always available and happy to help. He gave us lots of great recommendations before our arrival, which made planning our trip much easier. Everything we asked for was possible to arrange, which we really appreciated. The place itself is small but perfect for two people, and if you want to use the sofa as a bed, you just need to ask and they’ll prepare it for you. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience — would definitely recommend!

What can I say! I had the best time in Nice and the apartment was absolutely phenomenal! Fabulous location, beautiful apartment with everything you could need and the most responsive and proactive hosts. I literally cannot fault it and have the best memories. la ubicación es excelente , muy cerca del transporte público para ir a Mónaco. sugerimos buscar el ascensor para subir y bajar del nivel donde está ubicado en apartamento.
