Serve yourself: Items included, but not limited to; Coffee (decaf/reg),hot cocoa (kureig+ traditional pot), several kinds of cereal, waffles, pancakes, milk, juice, eggs, sausage, bread + more! The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent. There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.

Dogs are welcome, our policy excludes cats. We also have two other units available in this bldg. The Delta Loft and the Delta Nest ! Small one bedroom ground floor apartment. Handicap accessible bathroom. This unit has a Private fenced side yard, a full size sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress in the living room. We are located within the Gladstone City Limits, walking distance to Lake Michigan’s Little Bay de Noc, Gladstone Boat Launch, Gladstone Yacht Club, Van Cleve Park and downtown Gladstone. We are also located with 15 minutes of Escanaba and 1 hour from Marquette and Munising, Michigan. A wonderful destination for families, fisherman, hunters and nature seekers.
