Not a party pad, so we kindly ask you to respect the tranquil ambience.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The 1 bedroom unit is on the ground floor of our farm house and easily accessible from main roads with undercover parking. Situated on a rural property only 5-8 minutes to the coastal towns of EMU PARK and YEPPOON beaches, the self-contained unit is cosy and inviting. Sit back on the covered outdoor area with a beverage, overlooking the property and dam, and bask in the serene sounds of the country, beautiful sunsets, farm animals and wildlife.

The Hut Turkey Beach

The Hut at Turkey Beach is the perfect escape for fishing, crabbing and relaxing. What it lacks in size it makes up for in location, being only 20metres from the boat ramp, 50metres to the park and with 280degrees of uninterrupted water views. This water front location covers everyone, whether it be the fisherman, the lady wanting to read while enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or the kids who want to ride their bikes and play in the park. Agnes Water Views - Luxe stay, stunning views

Welcome to Agnes Water Views. Sitting on one of the highest points in Agnes Water, enjoy BOTH sunrise and sunset from Agnes to 1770 & Bustard Heads from the 13m long verandah. Open to guests for the first time September 2021, our lovingly restored cottage has been finished with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the quiet bush block with native animals aplenty. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

Soothed by the sights and sounds of the sea, the Quirky Black Shack invites you to a space with all the mod cons and bespoke finishes. Unwind in this eclectic abode set against a spectacular backdrop with unbroken views of the coastline. This funky three bedroom home is the perfect place to relax after exploring all that the region has to offer; from the surrounding farm land forming part of this expansive food bowl, to the ocean that is the gateway to the Southern Great Barrier Reef.

Ferry Road River House Baffle Creek

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy fishing, boating and crabbing right at your door step. Make a weekend of it with your mates or stay the week with the family. The three bedroom home sleeps 6-8 people and features an outdoor kitchen and a large L shaped deck with water frontage. Plenty of parking space for cars and boats. Access to the council maintained boat ramp is just 300m from the house. A fire pit with wood is available for your comfort .

Raglan Heritage School

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Raglan school is a cozy historic schoolhouse overlooking the school oval to the mangroves lining Raglan creek. Sit round the fire pit while saying hello to the resident animals, goats, sheep, our gelding Sav and his little brother Herbie our orphan yearling foal. You can stay inside and play a board game or sit back with a book on the screened veranda. Plenty of birds will keep you company. Take a break from tech and enjoy nature.

Casa Verde | Off-grid hideaway Agnes Water & 1770

Hide away in your own peaceful oasis just 15 minutes drive from the iconic Agnes Water main surf beach. This converted shed is completely self sufficient; still offers the modern creature comforts, but living 100% off grid. Solar, rain water, vermicompost toilet, fire hot water system... get back to basics while still enjoying Wifi. Connect with nature, local birds and kangaroos. Look at the stars by the fire. Relax and re-wild with this bush experience.

Baffle Creek Junction

Baffle Creek Junction is located at the junction of Euleilah and Baffle Creeks, truly a special location. The 53 acre site boasts 1.3 klm of saltwater tidal creek frontage with wildlife including kangaroos and beautiful burdekin ducks. Try your luck at some shore based fishing or crabbing, however if you have a boat a council maintained boat ramp is only 600 mtrs away! Explore Rules Beach and Deepwater National Park or simply just chill out on the block.

Summerhouse Agnes Water

“Heaven on the hill” Summerhouse is located on the Discovery Coast, within 500 klms of Brisbane and only 80 minutes from Bundaberg or Gladstone. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is close enough to walk to shops (700m) and famous Agnes Water surf beach (<1k) but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the verandah and a good book. Huddos Place.

Huddo's Place is your ideal holiday or work stay home away from home. Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. A relaxing 250m walk in the opposite direction will take you to the local Tavern, Coles, KFC, and many more specialty shops. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks.

Bushland Breeze - Self Contained Unit

Our Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland & less than 5 minutes from shops. We live upstairs, the lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. The Beach Room boasts the bushland view.
