Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

Charming Downtown Midland Two Bedroom

We're so happy to offer our home three blocks from the Loons Baseball Stadium and Downtown Midland. Our two bedroom one bath home with large finished basement office is perfectly situated in Midland; our home is 7 mins from the Midland Hospital, 5 mins from Dow Chemical North Entrance, 11 mins from the Midland Soccer Complex. We have everything needed for cooking and hosting families with young children. The street is very walkable; try the farmers market just down the street at Loons Stadium!

At Sweet Retreats Lake House, we can host a family or small group vacation. 5 minutes off I-75, exit 212 in West Branch. Lake George -a 90-acre all sports lake - amazing fishing, boating, and swimming at our mini sandy beach (or ice fishing in the winter). Public boat launch is on the other side of the lake. Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. The cabin is just off the highway in farm country, and is described as peaceful with a cozy interior. You may however hear some road noise if you are relaxing outside. This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Bring your ATV or ORV and jump on the trails across the street and head to the sand dunes. Enjoy a day at the beach with access to 2 private beaches. Or relax by the bonfire in the backyard.
