There is also a mill pond and 180 acres of private land to access freely from your doorstep. There are no main roads in sight and the peacefulness and lack of noise is bliss. There is a decking area to the rear with electric awning. Property has 1 king size bed and 1 bed settee.

Y Bwthyn Holiday Cottage - Dog friendly

Y Bwthyn is one of our 2 cottages, along with Y Beudy, it is a two level converted stone building . It has a lounge, log burner & dining area and a narrow spiral staircase leading up to a double bedroom with a private bathroom, shower, bath, toilet and basin. The kitchen leads off to the king size bedroom with ensuite. There is a south facing private enclosed garden with grass and patio area with beautiful views. There is 5 acres of our land for you to explore and enjoy.

Wildernest - Ty Twt

Ty Twt - neat and cosy - is part of Wildernest, a haven set in the coastal hills above the delightful Aeron Valley. Sleeping is in the croglofft, above the kitchen-living space, with the 2nd bedroom and the shower room at ground level; underfloor heating and log burner. It can sleep 4 but we say 3 people comfortably. Hence, there's no charge for a fourth person. If you need the second bed to be made up please enter 3 (or 4) guests.

Y Stabl - a cosy converted Stable

Come and unwind at Lanlas Cottages. Our Y Stabl cottage is located in scenic countryside, only a 25-min drive away from the beautiful West Wales coast and the Ceredigion Coastal Path, a 60 mile long trail. It provides a home from home and is perfect for nature lovers. The cottage has high-speed WiFi >50 Mbps. Please note, we allow up to two well-behaved dogs (no other pets), if you would like to bring your best friend(s) along.

Both carriages at Caemanal are located within a quiet, rural, family farm setting two miles from the small university town of Lampeter, just off the main route to Tregaron (A485.).The Doric folly ‘Twr y Dderi’ and the walking routes of Long wood are within walking distance of Caemanal.

Basement unit with guest only outdoor hot tub

Outside hot tub which is under cover which is for your use only. Sit and relax the time away overlooking our lawned gardens and wooded area. Very peaceful and tranquil in the middle of the country and surrounded by wildlife including Red Kites and numerous song birds.
