We’ve just returned from 2 nights here and we’re very sad to be leaving! The pod has everything you need for a comfortable stay and has clearly been well thought out. The spot is very private and incredibly peaceful. The huge secure garden / field was absolutely perfect for our dog - she loved it. Lots of lovely footpaths nearby to explore too. Can’t wait to return!

A beautifully set up and self contained apartment. Lovely gardens and easy access to the countryside and the city. Being in a cul-de-sac and near the top of the hill also meant it was beautifully quiet and relaxing. The bus service to and from the city was excellent for evenings out and about. Great information pack to get up to speed on the local area and facilities. Cosy living room and great kitchen set up. The hot tub was a bonus to relax after the days spent walking the dog and exploring the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Kate and Andrew were great hosts and super helpful to make our stay easy and stress free. Definitely recommend it!

We booked for my husband's 60th and had friends join us. The cottage was perfect, spotlessly clean, loads of space so didn't feel we were on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils and everything even down to a food processor should you need it. The pool table and dart board was a hit with my 15 year son and the hot tub was great, even sat in it whilst it was -1 outside. All in all we had a great weekend chilling. Definitely will be back. We had a lovely 2 night stay at the hut. Fiona was a really great host who came out to us even though it was late and raining! The hut was super warm on arrival and it has an internal heater and towel rail which is nice. It was also nice to be welcomed with some baked goods which we enjoyed the next morning. The bed was super comfy and we slept really well. The hot tub was nice to relax in… you get all the stuff provided for it which is good and on previous experiences this isn’t always the case. We used the Fire pit and you get some cushions to use which are under the bed and extra blankets which again is really nice. It’s exceptionally well thought out and the lord of added extras make it really nice. Would deffo return

Absolutely brilliant place. Nicola was a fantastic host. Breakfast was a lovely touch and very appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone ! And the hot tub was a brilliant facility to have :) Would 100% stay again !!!

Joy and Tom were absolutely amazing and extremely generous! It’s a perfect place to stay if you want a romantic place to stay with a loved one or a small getaway with a friend, my partner and I absolutely loved it. The coach house is absolutely adorable and the amenities are just as listed. The service was amazing and the area is beautiful. I could not recommend this stay enough. ❤️

We loved our stay in this stunning home! Two fab pubs just outside which had been recommended to us by the host, along with lots of other helpful tips. Parking wasn't too much of an issue for us, but be warned the village was quite crowded with tourists, even at this time of year. Didn't bother us too much but we weren't really expecting it! We loved the house and really loved that there were some logs left so that we could have a cosy fire in the log burner. Stairs are a bit of a death trap (this was to our amusement) but host had warned us about those so we were aware of what we were getting ourselves into! People with limited mobility would need to take this into account when booking. Really appreciated we were able to bring a dog too, and there were some lovely walks around the area, umbrellas and wellies were at the property which was also really helpful. Overall a really beautiful unique property, ideal for a cosy winter stay!

My partner and I had a gorgeous stay at the shepherds hut - it’s super cosy and in a beautiful spot! The hot tub was so lovely with wonderful views and the hosts have still managed to keep the area private. It was also wonderful to see all the lambs and ducks come to visit us each day! Tracy and James were fab hosts and we would definitely come back in the future!

We spent a lovely Christmas here as a family of four with our dog pepper. Lovely decor, amenities, kitchen full of everything you need, lots of games for us to play. Great location, lots of fab dog walks, great shops nearby - overall a fantastic stay!

We had a lovely Easter Weekend, with the house ticking all the boxes! It is fully equipped with everything you need and the best distance we’ve ever had to the local pub!! It was about a 25 minute drive to Lyme Regis and a great location for exploring the area! Alison’s communication was extremely quick throughout our stay and the check in was really clear and simple. Would definitely recommend a stay here ☺️

Laverstock was stunning. It felt safe for my daughter to run around, the grounds were brilliant and lovely to see the farm animals. The cottage was great for us and perfect for a weekend away! We loved it!

A lovely little holiday home that has a fantastic location to a variety of local amenities and attractions. With Lyme Regis and Charmouth only 15/20 minutes away it was positioned perfectly to get to the different beaches. The Annexe was as described and has been cleverly designed to maximise sleeping arrangements whilst offering both a bath and shower! Parking was situated just outside the Annexe and close to the working farm where the geese would often be seen. We were able to take advantage of the farms produce and enjoyed a BBQ on the terrace one evening!

What a beautiful stay we had, the lodge was clean, welcoming and cozy. We felt at home straight away. It was just so Peaceful and there's something extremely relaxing hearing the animal sounds around you. Definitely a place to come to unwind. We got here just fine and If you follow Tony's directions you will find the location no problem. We love the natural wood look at the lodge, the beds are really comfy and coming with bedding and towels is a massive plus, saves all that extra luggage. Not to mention the little package on the table. Thank you 😁 We loved the animals so much! The horses are adorable! They always come over to you for some love and the horse with one eye is such an attention seeker so so adorable. All the animals are so friendly and very welcoming. I'll miss the horses 😁 also tony popped by to say hi which was lovely with his 2 dogs one of which would visit daily as if he's checking you are alright 😂 thank you Tony and the animals for letting us share your home ❤️

Super logement Bien décoré le jardin est superbe et agréable avec le beau soleil. Rapidement dans le centre de Bristol ou à Bath en bus.

Andrea's place is in a great location - close to the centre of Wellington but private and peaceful. The property is spacious, well furished, and has all the facilities you need for a very comfortable stay. Andrea communicated well with us and provided very detailed instructions for accessing the property. We would definitely like to return if we are in the area in future.

Tess is an amazing host: wonderful and warm. One of my daughters' highlights was speaking to her and learning her technique for fluffing up the resident chicken. Her hospitality was extraordinary, from the delicious cream tea to bountiful breafast. She might have even convinced me about cream first instead of jam on scones...

Me and my partner have just finished our stay with alpine grove and would highly recommend visiting. We stayed in the woodpecker lodge and from the log burner to the hot tub everything about this lodge was perfect, Kieth and Serena service is amazing and we can’t wait to visit again soon. Thank you again for such an amazing stay.

We had a lovely stay at Ann’s house. We arrived to a generous welcome packet of essentials and snacks and two lovely bottles of Prosecco. The house is old with lots of character but the facilities are modern and work well. We stayed at the end of April but the pool was heated for us and we used it every day, we were thankful for the hot tub to warm up on the more overcast days! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with plates and glasses for entertaining and the Aga and bbq worked well. If you have small children I would recommend bringing plastic crockery as there wasn’t much of that. We would definitely look to come back if we are in the area.

This place covers all the bases for a great stay for a big family get together! Excellent communications, nice welcome and then all the things to keep three families from ages 3-16 entertained. Private pool great, Games Room great, Hot Tub was spot on and actually hot (unlike so many that aren't)! Sauna probably needs some renovation love. Bedrooms great, enough space. Devonshire Arms nice food, Halfway House nice beer and vibes. All the ingredients for a place to kick back and have some much needed family time. Highly recommend!

We chose Jo's place as it was close to Charmouth (11 mins) and Lyme Regis (14 mins by car). Our 6 year old son wanted to go fossil hunting. We arrived at Jo's cottage and she was there to greet us. She is very friendly and welcoming as well as her lovely dog Ruby. Jo also provided us with a travel cot and a changing mat for our 3 month old baby boy too, which was helpful. Jo provided us with a wheel barrow to carry our belongings to the Duck House as it was a little walk round the cottage. It's cosy and had all we needed. Our son liked the children's room he slept in and enjoyed the toys/games provided. My partner and my son did go in the swimming pool, however it was cold for our baby to go into. Jo did provide some bread, home made marmalade (that was lovely), butter, jam and milk. There was no hot water when we woke but when we contacted Jo she was straight on it and sorted it before we went out for the day. We enjoyed our stay - Thank you Jo.

This was our third stay at Lois’s place, albeit the first in the eco house, as opposed to the barn. The house was both comfortable and quirky, qualities we have come to expect from our charming and artistic hosts. Unusual pictures, books, design features - one is entertained at every turn, while the leafy surroundings (the beautiful garden and driveway as well as Redland Green itself) make it all worthwhile. Lois or her husband Paul are always on hand to help you with any questions and have a chat with you at the same time. We heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for something a bit different and off the beaten track yet within walking distance of decent shops, cafés and restaurants.

Just come back from Mistletoe Farm after celebrating a Hen weekend there. We all could not fault the hosts, they were incredible & always checking if we needed anything, so helpful throughout the whole stay. Mistletoe Farm is beautiful & so peaceful. Plenty to do within the property. We all especially loved the pool/hot tub & also the karaoke machine was a big hit. It really is the perfect place either for celebrating a special occasion or a family weekend. We all enjoyed our stay & said it is a place we would love to go back to. Thank you again to the amazing hosts. Would highly recommend this air b&b 😊

An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available.
