This historic Victorian Rural Gothic Cottage with its large yard is situated on the boundary line between Springfield and Eugene. It is an easy walk to paths and trails along the Willamette River and under two miles to the nearby downtowns. Autzen Stadium is a 1-1/2 mile walk through grassy fields!

This unique modern barn crafted by hand in the quiet and beautiful South Hills of Eugene. It has easy access to hiking and running trails, highly rated restaurants, cafes and natural food stores. This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. We’ve aimed to make it self sufficient - with fridge, hot plate, microwave with pizza oven, coffee making options, etc.-and we’re always happy to help if you need anything!
