Glounthaune : locations de vacances

We made a last minute change to our trip around Ireland itinerary and ended up in Cobh and it was perfect! The main street has great shops and restaurants and we were right next to the ferry to Spike Island! So glad our plans changed and we landed here - it was PERFECT! Not to mention the amazing view of the church and the water!

Lovely big house that was perfect for our extended family group. Large living space with wood burning stove was ideal and the bedrooms were comfortable. Location is rural with a nice forest area behind the house but it's quite remote from any towns. Check-in was very easy with a simple lockbox and the host was responsive to any of our queries.

The house is quirky and Maureen is a warm and welcoming host!

Just back from a lovely stay at Chloe's cabin. A real gem of a location with uninterrupted views. Chloe allowed us to check us in early and even provided us with shampoo and conditioner when we forgot ours. Would definitely recommend this to others and will definitely be back when we're back in Cork. Thanks Chloe.

What a beautiful place, and what a view! We definitely didn’t stay long enough and if they’ll have us back, we’d like to stay longer next time. Martin & Claire were fantastic hosts and made my family feel so welcome. I really appreciate all the efforts they went to for us and we really loved our stay. We loved our stay at Whiting Bay. The house is beautiful and set in the most stunning location. Maria was a very helpful host and responded very quickly to any queries. The house is ideal for large groups and worked so well for our family gathering. I would highly recommend.

Amazing stay, highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay in Listowel.The town is lovely and full of kind and helpful people who made our visit even more special. We were four couples, and the house was absolutely perfect for us – spacious, elegant, and just as beautiful as in the photos. It was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for a group. Robert and Joe were extremely responsive and kind throughout the whole process – from key collection to making sure we were settled and happy. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our stay. As a small suggestion for improvement, the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom could be stronger, and we felt the kitchen could use a few more large pots and pans, as we cooked at home and would have appreciated more cooking options. Overall,our experience was wonderful, and we are very grateful. We truly hope to return soon and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay.
