We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

An easy ride from London, Lewes and Brighton, it's ideal for quick escapes, romantic breaks, poetic inspiration or combining city buzz with rural retreating. Great pubs, the Downs, Glyndebourne, Charleston, Lee Miller's all approx. 10 mins. Designed as a creative workspace there's no TV but good WiFi: no streetlights, lots of stars.

Shepherds hut, wonderful views, alpacas & hot tub

Looking for a romantic countryside escape with a few unusual neighbours! Our cosy shepherd’s hut sits beside a fenced field where our four, new but friendly alpacas live, so you’ll have some very charming company during your stay (possibly a few sheep!). Spend your days hiking, visiting Brighton/Eastbourne, or simply relaxing on a deck chair with a glass of Prosecco. With peaceful surroundings, birdsong, clear starry skies, and a bubbling hot tub, it’s the perfect place to slow down and unwind.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

The Stables Lewes

The Stables is a charming two bedroom cottage in walking distance of historic Lewes and a handy pub. It's two double bedrooms are both ensuite and one can be changed to provide twin beds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and washer dryer. The Stables has a private patio and across the lane, the South Downs stretches to Glyndebourne. We always provide refreshments for your arrival, and can add a breakfast hamper for an extra charge.

Semi-detached 2bed, KingstonRidge, Kingston, Lewes

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.

Garden Huts B&B offer a unique place to stay for walkers, cyclists and those exploring the local area. Located in the picturesque village of Rodmell close to the South Downs Way and the home of Virginia Woolf. Caburn huts are two huts, one bedroom hut with a comfy double bed, seating with tea and coffee making facilities. The second is a bathroom hut with a gorgeous roll top bath. Continental breakfast is provided in the morning.

Beautiful spacious garden lodge in the heart of the Sussex countryside within walking distance of Glyndebourne Opera House. Fully insulated and heated. Suited for a couple, single or family with small baby. Three miles from the vibrant and historic town of Lewes and eleven miles from Brighton. Nearest beach is six miles. Closest village one and a half miles. Situated within an acre of beautiful gardens.
