Had a great stay at Raju's 2BHK flat! The flat was spacious, clean, and equipped with 3 cots and additional beds, making it very comfortable for our group. Its location was perfect, with all the tourist spots nearby. Raju was a helpful host and even arranged a guide for us. The flat has AC in 2 rooms, available at an extra cost, and ample parking space for multiple cars. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Amazing location filled with Greenery all around, a nice looking pool ( although we dis not use it due to rains - next time will take a dip). Love the rustic looks and freshly made to order yum food … !!! Definitely a recommendation to friends and family … Thank you

Beautiful property with well-maintained rooms and washrooms. The staff and caretakers were friendly and very hospitable. While a few amenities like an extra bucket were unavailable, communication was prompt. Early check-in was accommodated, and the owner stayed in touch for support. Being a new property, minor improvements like better towels and lift access are needed, but overall, a great stay.

The description cannot give the true beauty and atmosphere of the property. It was a true home for our big family of 20! The caretaker was a big and reliable help in all our needs. He helped us find best products to prepare amazing food, fresh vegetables, fruit, even the local fish market with the tastiest fish and shrimps we have ever had. Preparing food in this spacious well-equipped kitchen and eating on the terrace was just marvellous. Lots of big and small terraces with tables and sofas to talk, read, play games, rest. Good wi-fi. The amazing swimming pool with water in perfect temperature! The fabulous garden with lush greenery and flowers, magically illuminated at night. A lot of small spaces beautifully arranged, even in a big group you can find space for yourself. We just had a wonderful time, full of laughter, rest, relax, very good food and even dance with live music. We are already willing to come back. Thank you very much!

A great quaint place with peaceful surroundings. You will hear birds chirping after a long time when you stay at this home. The house had all the facilities which are listed in the descriptions. Things which stand out - 1. Whole villa is a single unit, keep both the ACs on and the villa cools down. 2. The 65" TV coupled with the Bose surround system is an absolute puncher! 3. The area has a covered car park as well. 4. The nearest good restaurant, wine shop and snack centers are all 6-7 kms. 5. The caretaker boy brings food from a nearby restaurant. They make great fishes.

I belong to Kumta the place where the property is. I stay always in Hotels and I was surprised to see a Airbnb listing in my town. Right from the point of booking Aftab was always friendly quick in communication and this was the always there around checkin and till checkout time. beautiful 1BHK home tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The last km is not paved road and complete offroad but well levelled. During heavy rains it may be a challenge here. If you are driving here even in a low sedan also you can reach comfortably. large compound with the vibes of the coast. nearest kumta Beach is 3 kms away. house was beautifully maintained by Aftab. clean kitchen and bathrooms. kitchen has a stove a refrigerator with drinking water and even some basic things required for cooking. with plates/vessels. But we generally carry our own stuff. Backed up with good inverter. If you are looking for a peaceful stay away from city take it up. Aftab went out of the way to help me.

I visited Gokarna with my friends and was initially hesitant about staying in an Airbnb as it was my 1st time. However, the experience turned out to be amazing. Our room overlooked a serene areca and coconut farm, blending a charming and peaceful village vibe with modern amenities. The host offered opportunities for yoga, meditation,campfire and exploring Gokarna, making the stay truly enriching. He also suggested some good restaurants. Overall the stay and host both were amazing.

The service provided by Vinayak was really heartwarming and we had a very smooth check-in process. The property is really good and gives you peace of mind. Point to note - This property is little far from gokarna beaches which needs to be considered when booking this property.
