It has it's own entrance, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of off street guest parking. You will be very close to both Saguaro and Canyon Lakes, the Salt River, and plenty of hiking, biking, horseback riding, kayaking, shooting, off-roading, and more. While it feels remote it's less than 5 minutes from the 202 and within minutes of shopping and restaurants.

Detached casita with bedroom & en suite bathroom with keurig, fridge, & microwave. There is no kitchen or living room. Smart TV with premium cable and HBO, and you can log in to your Netflix account. I have mugs and some disposable dishes and silverware for you. It is a quiet and private area for a tranquil trip. It is very close to the 202 freeway, with shops, restaurants, and golf courses just minutes away. Usery Mountain Park is mins away & Saguaro lake is 15-20 mins away. Airport 25 mins.

Tonto national forest, Saguaro lake, Salt river tubing and wild horses, kayaking, CUBS park, downtown Tempe, casino, Sky Harbor airport, beautiful hiking at Superstition Mountains are 20 min away. This house was renovated and completely furnished in February 2020 and includes a brand new Pebble Tec heated pool. The backyard backs up to a desert wash for fabulous privacy with stunning views of both Dinosour Mountain and the imposing Superstition Mountains. Relax on the upper deck and observe all the wildlife and the many birds in the area.
