Between Porto and “Alto Douro Wine Region”, both classified as UNESCO World Heritage, “Quinta da Agraceira” is a magnificent property with 50.000 m2. You can enjoy a unique view over the Douro River, just from 10 kms from Porto city. The property has also an 18th century manor, with a beautiful chapel, a swimming pool and lush vegetation, you can visit Porto and, at the same time, enjoy the beautiful tranquillity of Douro River country side. With more than a hundred species of camellias (more than 200 years old), and old chestnut trees, along other species, is truly a unique place. The historical centre of Porto was classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and Porto has been elected “European Best Destination 2017” (the third time that the city receives this distinction). With its special charm, simultaneously modern and authentic, Porto has many things to offer: monuments, architecture, cultural heritage, cultural life, museums, esplanades and other open air leisure spaces as well as green spaces, along river bank and sea shore. At night, you can also find entertainment and leisure at its bubbling streets, esplanades and bars. It is also a must-see! Douro Valley cultural landscape of outstanding beauty is “representative of the full range of activities association with winemaking – terraces, quintas (wine-producing farm complexes), villages, chapels, and roads”. Its main product, since the 18th century, port wine, is world famous. Can access: the swimming pool which has a small fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and full bathroom; to the river using the available kayaks or fishing because there is an ancient anchorage; gardens and paths within the farm; free parking We live in the main house of the farm and we are happy to help in any way we can! We want to ensure a memorable stay! Avintes is a historic village with a river beach and a small center served by several restaurants and shops. It's home to an excellent biological park and a zoo, while the center of Gaia and Porto are around 10-15 minutes away. There is public transport 1km from the Quinta entrance. However, it is recommended to use your own car. You can park inside the property.

A 20mn du centre de Porto, logement spacieux et serein. 4 chambres et chaque chambre à sa salle de bain et son WC avec frigo, coin bureau wifi placard et télévision,climatisation Piscine 10x5 au sel avec coin repas extérieur, barbecue, possibilité de faire des pizzas au feu de bois, faite par moi même (pour minimum 4 pizzas paiement 20€ par pizzas et au delà de 6 pizzas 18€ supplément à payer au propriétaire ) , machines à laver . Terrain de tennis, billard, babyfoot, ping pong, billard etc…

Confortable, notre maison est un endroit idéal pour se déconnecter et profiter d'un séjour paisible seul ou en famille. Très agréable, tant en été qu’en hiver. Équipée d’un poêle à bois. Si vous avez envie d'explorer, il y a beaucoup à visiter, comme la « Route romane » la vallée du Douro, Porto ainsi que toutes les villes du nord. Pour un séjour dans un Portugal authentique.

Quer seja a relaxar sob a encosta do rio junto a casa, a tomar banhos de sol na zona da piscina, na zona de refeições/lazer de deck, numa refeição com o grelhador ou em pura contemplação em qualquer ponto da propriedade.
