Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on the sprawling patio. Despite its tranquility, the property is ideally located less than 10 min drive from the city, and some beaches. A 2 min walk up our driveway and you're on the bus route. Within a 10 min walk are a bakery, mini mart, bars, restaurants and food vans.

Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom, a double bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WIFI connection & sofa. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique. Lush greenery & birds surrounds our property, including seven varieties of mangoes, Lime, Lemon & sour orange trees. Yoga & mediation place is available. Please see pics for more.

Centrally located between the capital of Castries, and environs of La Clery, e.g. airport, two supermarkets, banks, long stretch of beach within easy walking distance, restaurants, bus routes and a cinema. The apartment faces the tranquil and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, and offers constant easterly breezes. The space also boasts easy parking away from the main road. There are no stairways/steps.
