The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

My Happy Place

This is a charming cottage with a pool and large outdoor area. It is located 3 minutes to both I26 and 526, a 10 minute drive to downtown Charleston and walking distance to North Charleston’s trendy, fun area. The Credit One Stadium on Daniel Island is a 10 minute drive, the Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island 15 minutes and North Charleston Colliseum 5 minutes. It is easy to get to all these places and there are many fun things to do in the Charleston/North Charleston/Daniel Island areas.

Indigo House Poolside Retreat

Indigo House Poolside Retreat is a bright, beachy & bohemian space that is perfect for your stay in beautiful Charleston! This one bedroom pool house apartment is located in the heart of James Island, just 10 minutes from the downtown peninsula and 15 minutes from Folly Beach. It can sleep up to four adults and includes a full kitchen with incredible outdoor space including a salt water pool and a gas fire pit. While the pool house is located in the owners' backyard, it feels very private.

Operations Permit # OP2025-5734. Separate entrance to suite. Swimming pool is on veranda . Detached guest suite (45" Smart TV with YouTubeTV ) with full bathroom. Outdoor veranda space includes a swimming pool , outdoor kitchen (microwave,fridge , gas cook top,Keurig (with coffee),toaster, gas fireplace, and large screen Smart TV. The pool is shared with the owners but guests are given privacy. 14 miles to airport 10 miles to downtown Beaches-Kiawah-23 miles. Folly Beach-19 miles.

The Oasis (Charming, Close, Sleeps 7)

The Oasis is a beautiful and comfortable townhome in Charleston, SC. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath sleeps 7 people! The airport, beach, downtown, golf courses, & concert venues are all approx. 20 min away. After enjoying Charleston's restaurants, tours, shops, beaches, golf, & entertainment, relax at The Oasis w/ 3 Roku TVs (70", 43", 43"). Drift off to dreams w/ King, Queen, Twin Loft, & Queen Sleeper Sofa options. Also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. There is pool access in warmer weather.

Condo @ the Lakes

Beautiful, modern condo overlooking a small lake, located right outside of the city! Just a short drive to downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, the airport & only 5 minutes from I-26. This is a newly renovated, up-to-date condo in a quiet little neighborhood. The space is fully functional for 4 adults. There is a community pool that all guests will have access to for the duration of their stay. No pets, unregistered guests, parties or gatherings allowed.

CHS Guest Suite w/Separate Entry 2 Bedroom& 2 Bath

**One of the few Airbnb’s with a legal permit in Charleston, SC. Just 15 minutes from downtown Charleston, SC. Free parking in my driveway! Guest suite. Own private and separate entrance. Comfortably hosts four. We charge a fee if two people want to stay in two separate rooms- the room rate is based on double occupancy. Fee is $40/ppn for 2nd bedroom Guest access to swimming pool.
