The room has lots of light, and it is cozy. The room is furnished and includes a closet, chair, a nightstand, artwork and a rug. We clean and tidy the room daily. We have cats.

The sleeping/living area is spacious and sleeps up to four people, with one queen bed, one futon that pulls out to a double bed, tall ceilings, desk, reading lamps, kitchen table, ample counter space for cooking, and laundry. I also have one double air mattress - available upon request. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. This space is compliant with all local regulations. My children and other family members stay in this room when they visit me for the holidays. I live upstairs in the same apartment which is a duplex. You have access to the rest of the house and we may cross paths going up and down the stairs but thanks to the layout we both have our privacy and you can access your room directly from the hallway.

Ferries are available there for visits to Williamsburg and Governor's Island. Additionally, popular eateries such as Frankies 457, Lucalli, Buttermilk Channel and Lucali are all within walking distance. You’ll love my place because of the location, modern design and convenience of being 2 blocks away from mass transit (F ,G Trains).
