Our beautiful space is clean and new. It has central heat and central air. It includes a large bathroom and an open kitchen concept. Our apartment is a three bedroom apartment in Sunset Park ( Industry City and Greenwood) it is three blocks from the train station and two stops away from Manhattan on the N and D trains. The room has lots of light, and it is cozy. The room is furnished and includes a closet, chair, a nightstand, artwork and a rug. We clean and tidy the room daily. We have cats.

Large, sun-filled loft in the heart of industrial Gowanus. The sleeping/living area is spacious and sleeps up to four people, with one queen bed, one futon that pulls out to a double bed, tall ceilings, desk, reading lamps, kitchen table, ample counter space for cooking, and laundry. I also have one double air mattress - available upon request. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. This space is compliant with all local regulations. Please inquire with any questions, and read our note about street noise.

This is home is located in Sunset Park. The owners lives on site. The host is there and shares space with guests. The subway is at the top of the street, “up the block”. You can take the “R” train to Manhattan, and get there in about 15 min! walk to shops, restaurants.NYC ferry Sunset Park terminal is located a few blocks away. NYU Langone Hospital is also a short walking distance. We are also close to Industry City.The BarClays Center (10 min on subway)Train or bike ride to Brooklyn Bridge

The space I rent out occupies most of the second floor (apartment 2) of my small but charming two family house located in a very quiet street. My children and other family members stay in this room when they visit me for the holidays. I live upstairs in the same apartment which is a duplex. You have access to the rest of the house and we may cross paths going up and down the stairs but thanks to the layout we both have our privacy and you can access your room directly from the hallway.
