New and modern, 180 m2 flat is top floor penthouse of a modern house with large private roof terrace offering fantastic sea views over Hvar town. Penthouse is located 15 min walking distance from the city center. There is kitchen, dining room, large living room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We occasionally provide free pick-up upon arrival in Hvar (subject to availability), and always free parking space for cars! SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES, COUPLES AND OLDER GROUPS. PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES.

This apartment was freshly renovated in 2025. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

A studio apartment relatively close to the town square (5 minutes away on foot) with a gorgeous view of the town and sea. Has both a small terrace and a balcony from which you can enjoy the view. In front of the house, we have a private parking in case you arrive by car. The apartment is on the second floor, and we live on the ground floor, so if you need anything, there will always be someone around to help you. The apartment was renovated in 2020.

You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
