Only one street away from the promenade but not to noisy, close to all restaurants, cafes and shops. The studio has got fully eqipped kitchen, the small bathroom, the sleeping area and the sitting area. It has got the private intrance in the 500 years old house and it is newly renovated into a mix of modern and traditional way.
