It's a short drive or walking distance to Masachapa and Pochomil, where you will find ample shopping options, bars, restaurants, the fresh fruits and vegetables corner, and the fresh seafood street, delivered daily by local fishermen.

This gorgeous home is centered around an enormous, 50-foot diameter, open-air rancho perched right above the ocean with a new pool overlooking the surf. A private stair leads down to the sandy beach and tide pools. The two-story sleeping structure adjacent to the rancho and pool, has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, ocean views and an abundance of ventilation. The upper-level bedrooms open onto a large veranda where you can hang in a hammock and enjoy the sea view.

We offer 60 courtesy kilowatt hours per night of rental. We capture the starting point upon check in and calculate the amount used during stay.
