Casa Marazul - Beachfront home with gorgeous pool

This gorgeous home is centered around an enormous, 50-foot diameter, open-air rancho perched right above the ocean with a new pool overlooking the surf. A private stair leads down to the sandy beach and tide pools. The two-story sleeping structure adjacent to the rancho and pool, has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, ocean views and an abundance of ventilation. The upper-level bedrooms open onto a large veranda where you can hang in a hammock and enjoy the sea view.

This solar-powered slice of paradise is a two-minute walk from the renowned Asuchillo beach and a one-minute walk from the community pool and lounge. Our house is located about a mile away from the main restaurant. Airport transport available

Fully Gated Family Ocean Front Home

We offer 60 courtesy kilowatt hours per night of rental. We capture the starting point upon check in and calculate the amount used during stay. If it goes over the given total amount based upon the nights of stay then it is billed at .50 cents per kilowatt. $250 US security deposit/ electrical depposit must be paid in advance upon entry to property No smoking or pets allowed in home No glass by pool or pool deck No access to laundry room or use of machine Do not pick the fruit from fruit trees

We offer you the opportunity to rent the whole property for your friend group, family or for a retreat.
