Prefer short term stays of 28 days or less, but open to discussing a longer stay. The carriage house is private so that you feel separate from the main house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

Walking distance to downtown and the recreation complex as well as rivers, parks and tennis/pickle ball courts right across the street! For hikers and cyclists the Trans Canada Trail is just at the end of the street. We also have secured storage for bikes, kayaks, golf clubs….whatever! Come explore and enjoy Boundary Country!

Situated over looking the Kettle River in beautiful Christian Valley. While sitting and enjoying the evening sun on the deck you may see the elk, bear or deer in the meadow. They can been seen regularly. The Kettle River in known For great floating during July and August. Canoeing mid June to early July pending water levels. Fishing is catch and release. Access to great mountain trails, biking, ATV, horseback Riding(your own horses), hiking and hunting. Leave the wifi home.

The apartment is fully air conditioned for the summer months. The space is very private and within walking distance of downtown.
