The Hat's Hut is a unique wooden hut set in a beautiful location on a working farm and looks out onto a paddock with horses and other wildlife, it has a 4ft5 by 5ft8 bed with a wall at each end. Field View is a one bedroom self catering tiny home set in a rural location on the edge of Badby village with views of farmland. Created in 2023 Field View benefits from the latest features including an induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle toaster, SMART TV, sofa, breakfast table and chairs, en-suite shower room and under floor heating. Bi-fold doors open out to a patio area providing stunning views of farmland. The property features secure off road parking.

The Barn at the Old George and Dragon

The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.
