This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

Technically sleeps 5 with an ideal mix of adults and children(couch or air mattress for the 5th). 4/5 adults would be too much. Minimum night requirement. We have just added a new heat pump. We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.

Winter beauty, you can snowshoe across to the island once it freezes over or go ice fishing! Beautiful sunrises, lots of trails nearby for cross country skiing or ATVing if that's your thing. The woodpile is stocked for winter bonfires. Great locations for day trips to the Bay of Fundy, just 30 minutes to Moncton. I live in the loft upstairs, you have a fully private apartment. Just bring your food and personal items and enjoy the Acadian Coastline.
