Located down a one-lane gravel road between Boone and Banner Elk, North Carolina, our home offers total peace and quiet minutes from High Country Fun. Our backyard is Grandfather Mountain, and Tanawha Trail is within walking distance of the property for hikers. Grandfather Mountain, Price Park, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, wineries and and all of the restaurants of Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk are minutes away. Finish the evening watching stars and chilling on our covered outdoor patio.

The quaint one bedroom apartment is located just 2 miles away from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, and fantastic trails. Walk to the historic Hampton Store for BBQ and live music. Just 6 miles to Ski Sugar on state maintained roads. Boone and Blowing Rock are a short 30 minute drive. Restaurants and grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes.

Bathroom is only 30 yard walk. Sleeping space for 2 adults only. 1-2 small kids may be allowed with preapproval. AWD/4-wheel drive recommended December-March in case of snow.
