Come stay for a relaxing time overlooking the San Gabriel River with a beautiful panoramic view. It is a safe wonderful get-a-way for fresh air and shaded walks. The Cabin has its own driveway/parking.There is a well defined path, 5 min walk to the River, where you can relax, picnic,swim, Kayak or fish. At Cabin we have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Fire-pit wood, pool for you and your family to enjoy in warm weather with privacy. *Sorry but we will not be able to host parties.

Front porch with swing and large back porch with patio furniture. Front looks out to large open fields with regular deer, rabbit and turkey sighting. Back looks out to wooded grounds. He was an LBJ mentor and involved in the push for funding for Mansfield Dam along with Lyndon Johnson and US Senator JJ Mansfield... It’s been said Johnson received the blessing of the Texas Democratic elites to run for a US Senate seat in Judge Starnes’ lakeside cabin in Volente.” -Will Taylor

Creek Cabin in Salado-walk to everything!

The Cabin sits on the North bank of the Salado Creek, next to Pace Park. You will share deck space with guests staying at The Lodge, there is plenty of room for all. You have your own firepit, and can share the creek frontage with fellow guests. This one room, one bathroom space has a kitchenette style space with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, dishes and a fully tiled step in shower. We do allow pets, with a fee of $75 per reservation. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

Cabin Fever? Well we literally have the solution for that. Our guest cabin awaits. Our one bedroom, one bath cabin also features a fully stocked kitchen and best off all a complete play area for the kids equipped with a slide. Our location offers everything from shopping at the Domain or spending the day at Kalahari Resort or Rock 'N River Water Park. You can also spend the evening exploring Downtown Austin which has wonderful restaurants and live music.

The Evergreen Cottage, a cozy and thoughtfully designed space perfect for a peaceful stay. Located in a quiet, convenient area, the cottage offers comfort, privacy, and all the essentials you need to relax. With parking available right in front of the Airbnb. It’s the ideal spot for a quick getaway, work trip, or quiet retreat. We happily welcome trained, well-behaved puppies! $30 per pet (max two). Please let us know in advance.

The cabin grounds feature a serene koi pond and hot tub. Seasonal fire pit - placed out in fall and winter. 5 minutes to HighPointe Estate and close to many other wedding venues.
