Don’t let the outside of this house fool you! Although it’s in a bit of a rundown neighborhood, the house is full of charm, clean, and cozy! It was a perfect spot for our family to get together. We loved the walking paths around the house and the beautiful sunroom for visiting. The antique details and furniture added to the appeal. The back parking area had space for all our vehicles. We had a great weekend and would recommend this property!

Patrick was as an awesome host as his home was amazing! Very comfortable pristine place. The neighborhood is also great and family friendly. A park is within a short walking distance. Also, they were quick to respond to the need of some additional amenities. Having the co-host next door made it feel like a 4 star resort. Highly recommend this home!

We were in the area for a baseball tournament and decided to stay at the Guesthouse. The location is perfectly situated between Grand Park and Kokomo locations. The farm is beautiful and quiet. The hosts were extremely responsive. We were able to meet them when we arrived and they allowed our kids to watched them feed the animals (pig and chickens). We loved our stay and when we are back in the area for our next tournament, I hope this house is available!

We've stayed at the Royale Retreat numerous times, because Lori and the home are so welcoming! Everything is so comfortable including kitchen, yard, furnishings, linens, and the wonderful neighborhood. Since my injury, it was nice to stay in a home without stairs. Lori was very responsive to some special requests. I would highly recommend Lori's hospitality to anyone visiting Muncie.

The house was small but nice and clean and well kept. There were lots of little things there like hand soap and clean towels. Even a Brita water filter in the fridge. I would definitely stay here again.

Anna’s place was lovely for a quick stay in Kokomo! Right across from the park, which the dog loved! Had all the supplies needed and I could walk to restaurants and local shops. Would stay here again and recommend!

This was a great place for our large family to stay together. Plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and lots of common area for us to play games.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool house was very comfortable and perfect for entertaining a few friends and family. You can’t find a more relaxing setting and surrounded by nature. We can’t wait to return for another stay.

Beautiful home, everything you need to feel at home. The property has areas to just sit and relax. The bird feeders around the deck make for a peaceful time to just sit and enjoy nature. The owner has put in a lot of time and dedication to ensure you have an enjoyable place to just sit and enjoy nature and your friends/family. Not to mention it sits of the road a bit so the beautiful night sky is awesome to view from the deck. If you want to unwind and just do “ nothing “ but float in the pool and watch the clouds and life pass you by, this I your place. We spent a girls w/e there and had a beautiful time together.

Absolutely wonderful home with so many thoughtful little extras! Very clean, super comfy beds, great kitchen with an awesome coffee bar. AND a pool and hot tub and fire pit. Plenty of parking. Super convenient keypad entry which was great because my daughter and I didn’t have to share a key and worry about who would get back to the house first. Definitely a great experience and great hosts!

We really enjoy staying at the Posh Pad, as we do repeatedly when in town to visit our son at IWU. Comfortable space and great price for 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Close to restaurants and grocery/shopping as well.

Great hosts, easy check-in. So much better value for the money than staying at a hotel and feels like home!

The place was nice and clean , I was there for few days it was perfect for the amount of days I stayed.

house was nice...everything you needed was there..except garbage bags...other than that it was a nice stay

Located across the street from the IWU campus is a perfect location for this rental. Parking on the street 10 yards from the door was very convenient for unloading/loading the car. The apartment is on the ground level and is very spacious. The host instructions were very clear and the host responded immediately to my question with text and phone call at 10:30 at night. I would highly recommend this place for a weekend stay or campus visit. Very clean and well maintained property. I cant recommend this place enough. It was perfect for what I needed. Thank you!

I’ve stayed in this home multiple times and absolutely love it. It’s spotless and has all of the amenities you would need to be away from home. I would most definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Beekeeper's Retreat! The house had plenty of room for the four of us adults. Beds were comfortable, two bathrooms were clean and everything worked perfectly. We didn't really use the kitchen but the coffee nook was a nice touch. The owners were very good about communicating and responding promptly. We appreciated the automatic security light in the entryway since we usually were coming in at night.
