Watch the antelope roam while grilling up some grub on the back patio and walk the property to find Wyoming native plants like Big Sagebrush, Indian Paintbrush, Sego Lily, Yarrow, and Plains Pricklypear! A tumbleweed might even blow by! With plenty of space to park your boat, comfy beds, and a quiet community, families and outdoorsmen alike will enjoy our simple Sage Valley Home!

Cozy Cabin

Leave the hustle behind for the beauty of Small-Town Wyoming, connect with nature at this vacation cabin. This home offers a comfortable interior with a fully equipped kitchen. Outside of the home, you can explore the State Park, go fishing or kayaking in the Bighorn River, or spend the day at Hellie's Tepee Pools. There is a large back yard for plenty of parking. A new window unit air conditioner was installed June 29 2024. While this home is pet friendly we do still charge a $25 per pet fee

It is home to the Black Footed-Ferret and you can learn about it in the local museum. It has breath taking views and abundant wildlife. It is a fishing, hiking and hunting paradise for many. Explore the Greybull River, Sunshine Lake's, Wood River and Kirwin Ghost Town. Don't forget your camera!

The whole group will be comfortable in this unique space. This amazing apartment has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. There are four bedrooms that will accommodate your group or family. The master bedroom has a king size bed with walk-in closet. In the other bedrooms, you can find a queen size bed, two twin beds, and finally a single twin bed. The garden level apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. Amazing fishing, rafting, hot springs, and other outdoor activites are nearby.

Fully renovated cabin with all amenities that has fiber internet and connected to community park. Extremely comfortable queen bed, couch, and 2 twin beds in the loft for extra guests. Everything needed for kitchen and washer and dryer if you need it! On demand hot water heater for the shower makes for a wonderful relaxing stay as you explore the beauty of Wyoming! Burlington is a small, peaceful, town just off the main highway between Cody and Greybull where the wild horses tend to stay.

Welcome to our charming Country Cottage! Newly updated while still preserving its character. With real wood exposed beams in the living room and original wood flooring throughout the home. Comfortably accommodating guests with two queen beds, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, & laundry on site. It the perfect place to unwind, relax, and cozy up! Just a couple of blocks from Main Street and Sanders Park - close enough for adventure, yet tucked away for a peaceful stay.

Riverview Guesthouse

This guesthouse is ideal for enjoying the small but charming town of Thermopolis, as well as using it as a hub to visit the Big Horn Mountains, Boysen Reservior, Yellowstone Park, or many other adventures this part of Wyoming has to offer. There are approx. 6000 feet of River front that is accessible out the back of the property, and several acres around the house to explore. The house is fully stocked, and all you need to bring are your clothes, and a sense of adventure.

Hot Springs Hideout

The Hideout is a luxurious cabin on the Big Horn River with a boat ramp approximately one block away. You’ll love the deck, outdoor bar, fire pit table and hot tub overlooking the river. It has a secluded mountain cabin feel, all right next to the world's largest hot springs for family fun in the sun. Plus, you have all the comforts of home. The Hideout is more than just a place to stay its an experience. A grocery store, restaurants and a bars are close as well.
